This is not a “real” western union. Yeah you can make transfers but when picking up cash you are only allowed to pick up $250

Understaffed. Slow as molasses in January. Will answer phone call before helping live people.

Store is clean and pretty well stocked but customer service needs some serious help. Is it that hard to smile and great people you're checking out?

The pharmacy staff were very grumpy and rude. I will not be back. They acted like it was an inconvenience that they had customers.

Worst pharmacy to go to. Lines are always long. They seem to always be "short-staffed". Every time I go in, I don't even want to "consult" with the pharmacist because I feel bad for the other customers who's been waiting forever as well. One time, they made me wait several days for my insulin (which is extremely important) because they were "out of stock". I was fed up so I went in to request for a different Walgreens Pharmacy since I desperately needed my meds. Drove to Woodland and took less than 30 minutes for the fill and lines were a lot faster there. This was not my first time here and will probably be my last.

Very close pharmacy for anyone who lives in Natomas, and specifically the Westlake neighborhood. The pharmacy is typically very busy, but I've always been able to make appointments and pick up prescriptions quickly and efficiently. Special shout-out to Dean! I was on my way out of the state for Christmas (literally car packed) and stopped in the drive through pharmacy to pick up a prescription. Dean told me it would be ready 15-30 minutes. I didn't read an email sent earlier that it was out of stock (until I had already gone through the drive through). Long story short, Dean was able to collect the pills in about 2 minutes, and I was on my way to make the holidays with family out of state. He's a superstar. Thank you!

They advertise on their web site and in their store, that they take passport photos, ready in one hour. Get there and go to photo section. Guy tells me that no, they don't do them there ......with the passport photos sign behind him. I assume the irony would be lost on him. Will never go into that store again.

This Walgreens is straight trash, Dean sucks would rather have you wait 15 mins doing nothing instead of just giving you the flu shot you signed up for but the system glitched out on

This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered in my life. My wife needed her prescriptions filled and as Walgreens accepts Tricare , she got it filled there. The first time she got there they told her to come back around 2 for it to be ready, okay that's fine it takes time to fill prescriptions. She came back at 5 and gave them extra time, was told "well we didn't expect you to want to pay for it so it's not ready" after they couldn't get our Tricare to go through. I have been to plenty of Walgreens and they have always been reliable about being able to comprehend the simplicity of Tricare. But anyways we both came back the 3rd time and were treated terribly by the boy working the window, I couldn't read his name as he wasn't wearing a tag, but Sonica seemed to ignore us the entire time. We ended up paying for it in the end just so we could get out of there, due to them not knowing how to do their jobs. On the plus side I got to listen to her and the window guy make fun of a couple because they couldn't get the flu shot due to their financial situation. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.

This is a review of the pharmacy. We used them for a while, but no more. I dont know if the people that work here are stupid, or they just like to act stupid. Went in for a flu shot. Stood there waiting for service for almost 10 min. No one else even in the store. Finally someone says, "be with you in a min". Then wait 10 more min while they help three cars that drive up to the drive thru, AFTER I ARRIVED. Finally, woman with an accent, I am not sure what kind, asks if she can help me. I say I am here for a flu shot. She says "ok wait will be two hours". I ask her why then does it say on the huge sign at the front door "walk-ins welcome"? She says yeah be we are busy so you will have to sit here an wait 2 hours or go make an appt. Well, um no. I drove down to Bel Air on Arena and got the shot in about 5 min. Sorry Walgreens, you should hire people that aren't so d**** This was the final straw. It was not my first time dealing with the idiots you have in your pharmacy. I will not be shopping in your store ever again, and I have made sure neither will my wife, kids, or any of my neighbors. You have idiots working for you. Here is the sight where you can complain to corporate if you have a similar experience.

The pharmacist at Walgreens on Del Paso Road are playing doctor. Taking their right to refuse to fill prescriptions too far. They are allowed to refuse narcotics, multiple requests, early refills see more on Ca state board of pharmacy. They caused me a full day of Antibiotics by refusing to fill it. A antibiotic badly needed for an abdominal infection which could have led to septics. Second time the pharmacist there refused to fill a prescription my doctor called in. They look into your medical history which may not be updated and make decisions as if they were your doctor. I bet they didn't even know what the antibiotic was for. Also I was standing in line waiting when a man was picking up his prescription they were charging him $40 more then then Walgreens in woodland. They're taking their rights too far. Come on an antibiotic???? They left me in pain by refusing to fill it. If I had gone into septic shock I would have sued the holy crap out of them!! They are NOT my doctor. IM FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE BOARD OF PHARMACY RIGHT HERE IN SACRAMENTO.

I will never spend my money in this store or any other Walgreens again. I do not support poor treatment of employees. On 9/9/21 around 5:10 PM I was in line. There was only 1 cashier and a long line, she was doing her best with a kind demeanor. A woman walked in on her cell phone and loudly says "this is more than 3 people they better call a cct1" she turns to the poor woman on the register and says rudely and loudly "did you call for a cct1?"The cashier was with a customer and the woman repeated the question loudly and stood there staring at the poor cashier like she was stupid or something. She went to the back as she carried on her conversation on the phone saying to the person on the phone "this is my store, I've been delivering here for 16 years. I go in the back and everything." It was so rude and unprofessional. All businesses are understaffed right now and I will never support a business that allows employees to be spoken to this way, especially in front of customers.

The words pharmacy I've ever been to!! I'm a new mom who needed help from a Pharmacist on a medication. I walk up to the line tired and just seeking help and one of the technicians yelled at me from the side consultation window I clearly told him I didn't need his help that I was waiting to speak to a Pharmacist and he continued YELLING AT ME in the most rudest tone and stating I wasn't supposed to be in line if "I only had a question" The customer in front of me looked at me and said "I cannot believe he is yelling at you" I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY HE WAS SO MAD AT ME FOR WAITING IN LINE!!! I had a baby at home with pain and I couldn't just take him to the hospital till his Dr advised it. I understand you all are tired but you don't know what other people are going on at home!!! I write this in tears because this is how the "MEDICAL FIELD IS TREATING PATIENTS NOW !!! I have lost all respect for you all at Walgreens Del Paso RD ! I will be calling corporate due to this happening on multiple Occasions with Different technicians

5 stars for Sophia at the photo counter who was super helpful and called around to other stores to help me get my print in time. Bummer that they're printers/machine are down and out of photo paper, but it happens. I appreciate her taking the extra effort. Side note: the cashiers are always friendly. Pharmacy is hit or miss. When we got our covid vaccines, even with appointments we waited quite a while, but they looked stressed and understaffed.

As others have reported in their reviews, the pharmacy technicians are hit or miss. Some are friendly and nice, but others are extremely rude and don't understand their own signs. While getting my covid shot, I walked up to the counter because the sign says to get a form and I was immediately berated by a female tech. I told them the sign says to come up and get a form, and they did not respond. These pharmacy techs, because they have to take orders from doctors, have a warped perception of reality. They did not understand that a sign saying "come get a form" may make customers go up and get a form. Instead they make fun of customers that follow the directions on their pathetic signs. My recommendation is therapy for these techs. It's not healthy to harbor all these fictitious negative emotions. Paranoia is a job requirement here. The manager should really look into giving these techs the help their sick minds need.
