I wanted to buy some gardening things and the lady at the cash register was going to triple charge me so I told her that I wasn't going to get it. She's didn't take it off completely and was going to still charge me for it. Luckily at the last minute she took it off but oh my, I'm not going to shop there anymore.

Edgar understands the real definition of customer service. Normal western union lady was on lunch and hehandled the transaction for me. Thanks edgar ,he's the manager.

Terrible place for COVID vaccine. Made appointment for 8pm, however called at 6pm to see if i can get in early. I live 10min away from the store. Well, after waiting over an hour, i did not get called in for my vaccine. How hard is it, step 1, disinfect area, step 2, administer shot. Yea, apparently its too hard for them, other people waiting for shots walked out because of that. That's what you'd expect at doctors office, not at Rite Aid, where there is not that many people looking for shots, or looking to see a doctor for that matter.

Called in the night before because someone I care for needed there morning meds.they said the medication would be done at 9:45 it's now 10:30 and I have to wait another 30 minutes for them to make the medication. Absolutely unprofessional and not okay.

I have four significant complaints about the pharmacy. 1. They haven't, in the last three times I've had to call for a refill made good on their own promise of delivery. I phoned at 7 and they close at 10. They asked if I needed it that evening, I said no but I do need them with my AM meds. I arrived at 11 and was told they were not ready. 2. I've signed up for automatic refills however find myself calling to have them refilled and then being told their are no more left. Yesterday I questioned this then was transferred and they said they would get it ready. 3. I'd like them to mail my prescriptions to me. They tell me sign up for text messaging and when you receive the message that it is ready you select delivery. I showed them the text I received and it does not offer delivery they then don't seem to have answers for me. 4. I need non child proof lids. This last time I had to ask for them to change them at checkout (pharmacist should have done correctly) and by the time I got home I see they still hadn't changed them. They have become too busy these days with COVID to offer much customer service/support without adding staff. It might be all pharmacies I don't know, many don't have choices, I luckily do.

Its pretty hard to mess up icecream. But it happened today. Just absolutely lazy service from an older female employee with red died hair. Paid for a quart. Got about 4 scoops in a quart container. You could see to the bottom of the container. The quart in the icecream parlor cost more than the pre packaged ones in the freezer. At least try to fill it.

Okay, so this place is a little on the ratchet side. In the same week, on two seperate trips both myself & my bf witnessed a man drinking chocolate milk outside the store while security asked if he paid for it. On a busy Friday night, knowing they have the best beer & alcohol prices in town...they had two registers open which eventually turned in to one, very hard working and sweet women running BOTH registers at the same time but I give it to her, she was handling s**** The beer fridge was slim pickings, everything that was on sale wasnt front & center available to grab...so, I'm not even bs you...I crawled thru the beer section, to the back to grab a 12 pack of pacifico for $13.99...I also proceeded to throw some on the rack along with modelos so other ppl could enjoy the deal rather then spending $18 for a 12 pack or $11.99 when u buy two WITH a rite aid card, pay attention. Anyways the one lady handling everything was so nice so s/o to SARAH but other than that they need to schedule and prepare for busy summer fridays & weekends and make sure they have more then two registers open during peak hours

Never had issues with this place, but recently my daughter needed a prescription filled. I was told they no longer take her insurance. Never got a letter or no notification in the mail that they stopped accepting. I was willing to pay to get the prescription, but was never told the price.

Shawn could have properly greeted my husband and I. He assumed that we hadn't followed policy by paying for our ice cream before standing at the ice cream counter. I also feel that he should not have said , " if I weren't sick I'd help you." If you're sick then you shouldn't even be in the ice cream area. He did not have good customer service. They should also clean the sink. It's pretty dirty.
