I did a review on Rite Aid already but I will do it again because yelp erased it for some reason I would not recommend going to the pharmacy there my dentist called in the order when I arrived after having two teeth removed blood running down my face and a mouth full of gauze , they wanted me to wait with all the sick people while I was bleeding all over because they didn't get my prescription ready Very unprofessional

Previously I really was unhappy but I seen improvement this time around .I made an online appointment for my flu shot and I was overall very happy with my experience.Care:5/5 -I was helped out by Derek and was very kind and helpful.Quality:5/5-it's a flu vaccine. Cost:5/5- my insurance covered thisCleanliness:3/5- the store looks in better shape Atmosphere:3/5- Rite Aid is kind of euphoric for me specially with that thrifty ice cream ( try it you won't regret it)Parking:2/5- very dark not well lit

Don't order online for pick up! One item online order at 3:00 pm and it's 6:16pm still no email for pickup- no answer when I called to store.12/17/22 still no emailI called to the store she wasn't able to help had me on hold a man got on and apparently both of them were no help he told me I have to call the 1-800 number to cancel- Nope! Later a different lady called and said she found my order and canceled it for me. Train your staff!!

Hello, I would like to say hello. Thank you for your awesome customer service. ARACELY well thank you for your awesome amazing outstanding customer service today you greeted everybody you and the security guard you were great I wanted to let you know. I wanted to let your boss know your supervisor Mrs. Kelly I did not get to meet you but thank you for having this young lady up at the counter, she's awesome. She asked eyes I complement her. I gave her a pat on her back. She knocked it out today. There was a lot of people in there complaining because she was the only person there. I turned around and I let them know just as well as I told her you don't let anybody make you feel bad you're an awesome you're moving as fast as you can. If they have a problem, they should fill out the application or ask for a shirt and get behind the counter. She worked super hard with a smile she never once not look down or complain. This is what customer service is. That is what awesome customer service is. I let her know myself I deal with people all the time they complain just like you know. Well you got a remember this time we're in 2000 2022. It's crazy you're on the busy corner but she was knocking it out. He was greeting customers and he was doing your thing and I compliment you I wish you the best hopefully they can see that you are always a beathfresh air you always. Keep being awesome and keep smiling. Smiles go a long way. Trust me I know I work in the customer service myself and done there for 16 years. It doesn't get no easier but it's always a challenge. Came here to get some Thrifty ice cream. Since I was already here I looked around to see if there was anything else I needed. I didn't really expect the employees to be full of energy or anything, but it was whatever to me. I just ended up buying a quart of ice cream. I did find out that they had COVID tests available. It was around $10 plus some change for 1. Basic business here. Nothing amazing, nothing too bad.

An encroaching ghetto, 1970s-esque economic stagnation, and Sacramento's post-apocalyptic human resources market swirl into a gyre behind the concrete barriers that protect this business from vehicle-penetration robberies. Pharmacies in this area peak at sub-mediocre. Rite Aid's barred pharmacy windows don't host that peak. Here, polite indifference meets poor practice. "Will they even find record of my prescription today? Spin the wheel, pal." Years ago there was flickering hope. Now, an eternal night.

If no stars were possible that would be my rating. I live within the area of this Rite Aid. My daughters prescription for pneumonia was sent here the night before I went to make sure they had it (I was the first customer when they opened the window), they said they never got the prescription, the rude pharmacy tech with curly hair and dark color framed glasses, said to call my daughters doctor. I called the doctor when I got home, the doctor said that it had been sent from the urgent care the previous night. I called the pharmacy and they said it would be a couple hours before they could have it ready (called at noon), then after getting a call saying the prescription was ready my husband went to pick it up. They said it was not ready yet. We came back at 7:50pm after we got a second call. I went to pick up the medicine, it was still not ready. Meanwhile I have a sick 3 year old who has been withheld from starting her prescription. Rite aid, if this is not horrible service I don't know what worse service would have to receive. Management is obviously not working. Oh and their restrooms are filthy beyond belief. This Ritaid is cool for the location, the staff is nice and very helpful. The area is not to nice but once your in the store they are really professional and helpful.

Found a price of the same product online -$9 difference asked why isn't the same price kinda felt funny when cashier said because of covid-19 they have to change the price higher I believe in pricing getting high but jacking it up $9 more isn't cute.

Closest pharmacy to my house so this is where I always come and they are open until 10pm which I appreciate. I personally have never had a problem with the pharmacy staff. It does take a little long for the prescription to be filled I believe the longest I've ever waited was 30 min but I just walk around the store and get ice cream no big deal.

Girl at the pharmacy had a major attitude, like she was doing me a favor. I do not think she realized that is her job to provide customer service. Body language says a lot so when a representative starts rolling their eyes that is very disrespectful. Her and another representative couldn't even find my patient, neither one took my number to call me back once the prescription was filled. The representative with the attitude continue to talk about me after I left the counter, she didn't know how to whisper because I Could hear her. I went back and talked to another representative and she was much nicer and she was able to find my patient on her computer, which I am assuming they all have the same system. However, the other two couldn't even find my patient or communicate properly. I regret going to this pharmacy. When you provide customer service you are not doing anyone a favor you are providing a service and great customer service would have motivated me to give this store more stars.
