This is a super cute location. I'm not too sure exactly have a Walmart could be cute but trust me when you walk inside this location you'll know exactly what I'm talking about LOL. They have a very festive vibe about them at this location. It is currently the Holiday season. I am writing this review and November of the year 2021. And everyone inside this location had super cute Christmas and holiday sweaters on. I do not even think it was mandated by the company for them to wear them. I feel like the employees just synchronized together and made sure they were things that would make the customers feel happy and feel in the holiday spirit. Things have been very tough around our country over the last few years and the fact that employees at work at Walmart that probably do not make a ton of money or able to galvanize and able to spread such a joy like that to its customers is something that I deeply appreciate I loved it so much I even brought my daughter back to this location just so she can see what type of joy the employees at this location were spreading to everybody. Anything I can think of would not be enough to explain how happy I was to see everything that they did good. Outside of this location having very bad parking and making it super hard for us to park our car close to this location everything else about this location is a plus. Thank you so much for being awesome. I even love to buy the clear iPhone case that they have at this location. It protects my phone every time

Rude staff. Older Asian lady on floor especially. Steer clear of this store. They do NOT make you feel welcome and are not helpful what so ever.

This review is for photo because the front register guy who always there to help is very nice. Anyway if you order photos here please know that you nwill be waiting a whole for someone to actually acknowledge you.! I'm not to patient but I am when I have to be. But this place OMG they will literally walk past you and ignore you! This happened to me a few times probably every time I pick up an order... this this morning I decided to go EARLY so I can avoid the rush. There is literally No One there and the cashier up front has no customers she sees me and of course ignores me. So I walk over to the candy aisle where she is "scanning" idk what.. and say can I please get help on photo. She says I will call someone back there... okay???? You not busy but ok. 5 minutes passs. AGAIN there is no one at 8am its dead. So I walk over to her again and say "fyi I'm going to go back there and grab my own photos!" And still she says "there is no one there?" No there isn't! Would i be asking for help.. she then decides to come and help... was it that hard?? Like really?? Was it to hard to take a second and ring me up??? Unbelievable.... if you go pick up your order walk back there and you forsure get someone's attention!

Excellent service today at the pharmacy drive-up window. My car parking brake locked and 3 staff members came to help. Thank you

My roommate and I live up the street so we frequently use this Walgreens for personal and medical needs. My roommate recently had surgery and post op her sister picked up her meds at another pharmacy closer to her home. My roommate then told her doctor her meds were ineffective and they prescribed new medication and she was going to pick it up from this Walgreens and she was met with a really nasty attitude from a woman in the pharmacy named Brittany. Brittany basically accused her of trying to get drugs for personal use. My roommates doctors called the pharmacy to explain the situation and was met with the same nasty attitude. This is how they treat Doctors and customers! At least it's how Brittany does!

I had to come here to pick up a transport chair that I ordered on line to pick up the same day. It said the wheel chair was in stock, but when I arrived, there was no confirmation given at the store. They had no available chairs at all. I was disappointed, but I have to give 4 stars because the employee who helped me at the photo counter went out of his way to try and locate another Walgreens who had it in stock. He maintained patience and efficiency as he helped a continuous stream of customers while not forgetting about me as I waited for further instructions. As I waited for another store to respond to his phone requests, I did a little shopping because I just can't help myself whenever I'm in a Walgreens. They have all the standard merchandise consisting of what you would expect to find in drugs, cosmetics, sundries, cold drinks, snacks, seasonal items, etc., and if you are lucky, some great bargains. It didn't take long for another store to respond, and I was sent on my way to a Walgreens in Elk Grove that I had never been to before. Fortunately, it wasn't too far of a drive out of my way to get there! I paid for my purchases, updated my "MyWalgreens" cash rewards card, and continued on to the next destination of my busy day.

Normally, the people are really nice here, and for them, I give a hearty perfect score. However, on this occasion, I did an online order that ended up giving me two items that were only available for pickup, not shipping. I wasn't aware how the Walgreens pickup process went. I should have clicked open the text I had received when the items were ready. I had never done curbside pickup before with any retailer, and I had determined, anyway, that I would go into the store for the pickup (I had done that with Walmart and Home Depot) so as also to take the opportunity to pick up a couple of other items. I stood in the store where there was a Pickup sign, though no noticeable desk nearby. I finally had to call over a person to help me--a heavy-set white man probably in his 30s. He proceeded to be extremely rude to me. I ended up saying, "Well, I certainly won't be doing this [process] again." He tried getting less rude at this point, but you could tell it was only to keep me from maybe complaining to someone. He also used language indicating that this was "his" store, which was ridiculous. I just collected my pickup, said thank you, and went on about my business, but his behavior was so surprisingly bad that it stuck with me. Maybe he was just under a lot of Covid-related pressure in the job with its various new protocols or in his personal life, but he was awful.

Pharmacy staff are rushed, out of breath, not skilled at the human touch and making people feel cared about. Really not good at listening to customers or paying attention. I've seen people get furious at them. I've left the store when a customer who'd been waiting for hours was again told they weren't ready to help him and he started cursing and shouting. It's not just about the medications -- human relations are a part of the job.

I laugh at some of these reviews and their expectations like curbside pickups, immaculate parking lot and not open late enough. If you didn't get greeted walking in the store it's because the staff was too busy cleaning the shits off their bathroom walls. They think its Beverly Hills here on Mack Road. You're lucky they're still open or even let you in the store. This store is not perfect but it fits in with the neighborhood.

I chose this Walgreens specifically because it advertised "curbside pickup". I have a small child so I greatly benefit from this during these times. My order was placed on Friday and today (Sunday) I called to confirm that I can pick up my order. I was greeted by a young lady who told me that they are not allowed to do curbside pick ups or bring anything to a customer. Now I must wait until I'm able to have someone watch my child to pick up my order. If you are not doing curbside, please DONT advertise it. Thank you.

I went to the Walgreens website to determine opening hours. The website says they open at 8am. Go figure I arrive at 8:32am, I enter and then get kicked out for not being a senior. They need to specify on their hours, on their website that 8am to 9am is for seniors only, which I am 100% in favor of. So i ask the associate can you at least tell me if you carry the item I'm looking for so I dont have to come back and she proceeded to tell me she didnt know, that their website sucks (her words) and even if it says they have it, they dont. WOW what customer service! Walgreens on Florin Road, you just can't seem to get your act together.

This Walgreens isn't in the best of all places but I can say that it's clean. It's the nearest to my home, so I've stopped by and shopped here many of times especially when I was couponing. I've never had an issue with the staff and the store is usually clean on the inside. They have a pretty good selection of items and can be reasonable when using discounts, coupons, and/or points. Now for the outside and the panhandlers I do agree it's annoying. This location closes early instead of being open for 24hours like the one on Laguna. It was an issue but since CVS was built a few years ago, I just go there.

Im giving this review 3 stars mainly for the great employees we've come into contact with while shopping here. This location though, has a BIG panhandler problem. EVERY time I have visited this location I have been harassed by someone outside the store, usually within 50 feet of the door (sometimes right in front of the door) asking for change. This frankly, makes me feel VERY uncomfortable. While I dont hate anyone whos homeless, being pretty much harassed for money is very uncomfortable. Ive brought this up to employees before and they take care of the problem but the next time I shop here, there is someone once again begging for money! Do something Walgreens before I take my business to another local Walgreens!

JUDY FROM PHOTO DEPARTMENT HAS SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AND HAS SO MUCH ATTITUDE!! I came in for a passport photo for my husband and since he is currently working overseas I only have the photo ready in my phone. I went there before for the same exact reason but it was for my daughter and the other person helped me a lot! I was expecting the same this time!! But no! Coz Judy don't even seem to know what she's doing! I was in a hurry coz it was pretty late and I was alone and also I'm very pregnant! I ASKED HER VERY NICELY TOO! All she did was rolling her eyes while I asked her some other options so I can just get it done. She is very rude!! I wish I said something to her! But I kept my calm and just went home.
