Came in just to browse around, saw some shoes I liked and went to go get some assistance. Two employees working and one of them was on the phone the whole time, she was in her personal phone and then to be fair she did switch to the store phone afterwards. That’s not really a problem I understand, but she seemed like she was irritated at me for needed help while she was on the phone. I know things can be stressful but that’s no way to treat a customer. As well as my friend was there trying on shoes and the same girl who was on the phone, came and snatched the tag from the shoe, that was on her foot. She was in the middle of trying it on and she just snatched it while it was in her foot. She did all of this while she was still on the phone and didn’t acknowledge my mom or her existence at all. Never again will i she shopping at this location.

Shout to the lady who was on the register 6/7/24 who helped me pick out my dress to event I had this Saturday got a bunch of compliments! Thanks again girl!

After hours of searching for a dress at department stores with literally no assistance at all. Stopping here for a homecoming dress was night and day. Right away, we were assisted by Marrissa was an absolute lifesaver by helping us finding the perfect dress.

I came into the store today, looking for something to wear to the club and a young lady really went out of her way to help me. She was so kind an considerate! I absolutely love shopping there, i was getting great customer service and much needed support from all of their employees!!

I've been coming here for so long!! I could go on forever about all the different styles they have to choose from. Including the customer service that makes a shopping experience all the more easier Trina & Melissa are very attentive and are so helpful when helping you find just what you need for any given occasion!!

Was not customer serviced at all. A few of the customers were mixed up about where the line was and the associate Melissa was very rude to them and myself. I did not appreciate the attitude during my checkout.
