I came in Friday evening to exchange my router and complete a return. I was checked in by the manager Roberto and waited for an employee to help me. The store was a little short staffed and there was a shift change so there wasn’t someone immediately able to help me. This task was standing in between me and dinner so I was a little impatient. I approached Roberto and asked if he could just help me with my transaction and even though there were two other customers to check in and staff that needed help from him he did help get me my task completed and on to dinner!

Sabah is super nice and very helpful!!! She is super amazing , great at her job and assisting customers. Please let her know how great of a job she is!!! She deserves a raise lol :)

I visited this store seeking help, but the person assisting us was useless. I have an ongoing issue with the credit limit that Xfinity imposes on their customers (which isn’t related to any bank — quite strange!). When I called customer service, they asked me to visit the store. When I arrived, the representative asked for my ID, which I didn’t have with me. I explained that I could verify my account by receiving a text to my phone number or by providing my personal information, but he refused and insisted on a physical ID. I was 40 minutes away from home! I suggested to give him my wife ID since she is on the same plan as me but the person said that she is not, and she has a number with them!! So I had to leave without getting any help and the customer service was careless. Don’t waste your time going there.Also, this is a corporate store. If the corporate store doesn’t care about its customers, who will?!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Everyone is trained to lie and take your money in. I wish I could give them zero star. The company is based on lies. They need training in how to resolve customer’s issues. I have been a customer for 7 years now. It took me the whole day to cancel my service. The supervisor Mario Emp ID 6278563 was not helpful and a waste of time. I will gladly take my business somewhere else.

Obsoletely horrible horrible customer service. This is why I did not get them as an internet provider. You cannot get anyone (human) on the phone. This store in particular is the worst! I came in here to cancel my service & they never did it. Keep getting bills every month. Fighting them about NOT having service. How can you return all equipment & they don't even cancel your service? HORRIBLE.

Taking a star off because I have had so much difficulty getting a hazardous wire removed from my property that I will never choose Comcast in the future.
But this review is for the store manager - Robert. He's efficient, friendly, and listened intently to my issue. He solutioned with me and while he couldn't solve it (because the systems and processes at Comcast are so effed up), we think we've determined why there's been no progress or followup for 7 weeks.
At this point, I'm giving up on Comcast as a company. But Robert improved my day and my mindset.

Extremely disappointed with @Xfinity. It’s been nearly three months since I requested help with a Wi-Fi installation issue, and I still haven't received any assistance. Every time I call or message, they promise to send a technician, but no one shows up. I even visited the local office in Sacramento, but they told me to follow up via phone or message only. Poor service and lack of proper support are unacceptable from such a big company. Please pay attention to your customers' issues! #Xfinity #Sacramento #CustomerServiceFail

I had an appointment for assistance setting up my phone, and the white, middle-aged guy at the front told me I could do everything online. I obviously needed help, hence the reason the appointment was scheduled in the first place. Needless to say, he was no help.

Came in to swap out boxes per the phone agent. Proceeded to immediately check in followed by 20+ minutes of waiting while 3 employees stood idle at a desk talking about basketball and socks.

I went to the store in the morning without an appointment to change the internet modem and there were five people in line before me. There were two employees in the store and they were professionals. I waited ten minutes
and Sabah helped me change the modem. She was professional and respectful and completed the work in less than five minutes.

I arrived in that location and checked in the waiting for my turn for long time and they never answer my question about my internet and nobody call my name. They all were rude and impolite stuff and show me bad reaction when I asked them, there was no manager and management, so I leave the store without solving my issue and I never recommend the Arden way Sacramento branch for all .

Went in here with my husband today. The guy threatened to have him "removed" by security for having a "tone" problem. We spent all day trying to resolve and issue that we did not create and this store eventually just told us there is nothing they can do. Complete joke..
