They need service in English and Spanish, hire staff with 2 languages, people who do not speak English have problems when they arrive. At this place, some employees who speak English are friendly but the majority are rude and arrogant. The funny thing is that it is Latinos who don't speak Spanish who make a bad face when you arrive asking if they speak Spanish.

I went into the Arden location after having a terrible experience at another location in Midtown.I was greeted quickly and Bri (Brianna Bellamy) helped me fix my account. She was quick, proficient and so nice. She solved all the issued and I definitely left a lot happier than when I arrived.

Xfinity can't unlock a phone after numerous calls and visits to their store. 5 times asked to wait 48 hours. No email. Phone won't work. Xfinity can't fix the problem. Xfinity promised to help 5 times. No email. No help, but they are able to send a bill for a phone that hasn't worked for a month. Poor telephone help. No action. No solution to problem.

I have been to this store twice. Once when I signed up with Xfinity home internet to return a extra device they sent me and second time was when I ended my contract with them and switched to t-mobile. Honestly the staff here are just horrible at customer service. No one cares if you are a customer or not. This girl who took the devices off me acted like she was doing me a favor. No smile, no friendly gestures.It’s like she upset I was there to return the device. Does Comcast not pay them?Comcast keeps calling me to ask why I left them. Please get your staff to be a bit welcoming.Don’t send me a survey, I got no time for that.

The 10/19/23 at 12:13 PM came to this store. (1755 Arden way, Sacramento, CA. 95815) And the manager and all the staff did not help us. We were waiting patiently worst store I ever went too.. will not recommend it to anybody in the hospital where I work... Planned on buying at least 6 phones. I'm looking for an account for my hospital department. You should really think about getting another manager. It needs better management...

I went there today and was being helped by a heavy set black girl, who kept playing with her eye lashes. She has no report building skills. No social skills. The manager or team lead had on a 49er jacket and the niners lost this Sunday, but he was not helpful, not one time did he offer to physically walk over with me to the phones, I kept walking to look at phones on my own and then after he had been helping me I was ready to possibly get a phone and then he said he had to register me to be helped. I also asked him how long it would take to update my new phone with my contacts and he said they do not transfer info over due to liability. Is this true? I was appalled. I've worked in telesales and this Arden store staff is not public friendly. The eye lashes were bothering her so much she couldn't look at me, it's unsanitary for one thing. I left the store bc I needed someone to help me program a phone for me if I purchased one. Oh the manager or whoever he was that had the niners gear on, couldn't even help me get my microphone working back on my phone, you would think he would have tried his best to assist or guide me to someone who can technically help me. My experience at this location sucked and there was another customer who felt the same way who shared his horrible experience with me as we waited to help. I was so disgusted I went to Facebook live?

Poor customer service not this store but the entire Comcast Xfinity are unprofessional, and don’t care about their customers problem. I won’t recommend anyone for this service at all. AT&T is the best.

This review isn’t even for this store it’s for the company as a whole. Xfinity has the worst service ever if you can get a different internet provider I suggest you do so. My internet went out for 24 hrs 9/16/23 and it went out again on 10/3/23 around 10pm and there’s no telling when it will be back up and running, their timeframe keeps extending. The customer service reps are no help they can never provide any answers as to why this keeps happening and barely any solutions if the situation keeps occurring. Xfinity may be the cheapest company but they’re not cheap so they really need to get it together, not having internet is not an option these days so this is a constant inconvenience…. Bottomline choose a different internet provider, you’ll be pleased you did.

Terrible help, go away I am busy doing nothing. Shit service the "mobile specialist " tells you false information to get back to doing nothing. I beyond strongly recommend not coming here! Can we get a zero here? That is really what is deserving for the lack of customer service.

Listen, if you can get any service other than Comcast, do it. If I had the time, I would leave a one star review on every business comcast owns. Their service is absolute hot garbage and the customer service reps are extremely unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GET COMCAST.

It's so much better than dealing with call center help. It's just easier dealing with issues when someone can physically see the issues you're having with your mobile phone.

I went in to ask for help regarding my plan and was immediately greeted with the most unenthusiastic customer service I’ve ever received. As someone who works in customer service I honestly couldn’t believe the other employees didn’t acknowledge the lack of care and attention this employee was giving. She made no effort to even look at me when I was asking my questions and gave the shortest responses. I honestly was just uncomfortable and it was so awkward. If you need help I recommend hitting up a different location.

My roommate is moving out and the home wifi account is under her name. We were told we could not create a new home account under my name until her account was cancelled. We were also told if we brought our equipment in same day we could cancel her account without needing to call. We then found out I was not able to create a new account the same day even after her account was cancelled and now were without wifi entirely. This policy makes no sense to me. I totally get that the team members at this store were not able to do anything, and that it was a company policy. The policy itself is terrible and does not make any sense. There should be no reason why I could not create a new account for an address that no longer had an associated existing account. This policy alone motivated me to go with Verizon for cheaper and faster service. I do want to stress my poor experience was not with the team at this store. It was with Xfinity and this completely pointless and terribly policy.

They are patient and willing to spend as much time with each customer as is necessary, hours even. However, the only problem, at least from our experience, is the representatives are the reason a customer would need hours of time.

Poor customer service, I call to resolve a payment issue. Cannot talk to customer service till it paid, when they messed up. Highly recommend using a different company for intner.
