Very bad service attitude! Give customers misleading!! A waitress at the front desk was very disrespectful. And a young man who was disrespectful! Treat customers who are not good at English, and secretly laugh at customers! Mocking and imitating customer talk! Very unreasonable!

This company raises rates without your knowledge and expects payment. I left do to this reason. Now it's streaming rates. We are just connected wireless now. Check your bank accounts for charges. Walmart too.

UPDATE: Xfinity is opening a fraud case against this store because they essentially “stole” my watch by accepting it for return and then not returning it to the Xfinity warehouse, leaving me to keep paying for a watch I no longer have. While the problem is not solved, charging the store with fraud at least confirms their incompetence.Worst service experience I have ever had. They sold me a product that did not do what I needed it to do and I made those needs clear when purchased. Then, I spent hours and hours and multiple store visits, calls, and texts before they agreed it would not work as I needed it to. So I returned it. Two months later, I’m still being charged monthly for the device that is supposedly sitting in the store. I had to call Xfinity corporate to get them to stop charging for the cellular plan for the device, which the store should have been able to cancel but never did. After more visits, I’m still being charged and employees at this store have not helped. A furious call to Xfinity corporate, by me, appears to have cleared up the problem. They said the store should never have accepted my device and that I should have returned it to corporate.To recap:1) I worked with at least 6 people at this store and all of them said the device should work as I needed it to, but they were all wrong.2) These same employees said I could return the watch at the store, which I did, but corporate said that was not correct and that was why I still being charged for the device and a cell plan.3) The only person who ever made progress with my problems was thrown under the bus by others in the store.4) A manager or assistant manager promised multiple times that my account would be credited extra $$ for my troubles. Of course that never happened.5) If I could get resolution by calling the corporate number, why were the store employees incapable of doing the same? Did they even try? Of course not. They just blamed others instead of helping.Avoid this store at all costs!!!

Not helpful at all with a phone issue. Very disappointed. Only satisfying thing about my visit was they were prompt in seeing me at my designated appointment time.

Always a busy store, but the staff keeps the traffic moving and gets to each customer as soon as possible.The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in getting you the best deal or package for the price range you want to pay.Cable, wi-fi, and/or cellular plans all in one building and one package if you want.Besides my personal experience at the store, I can manage my services on the Xfinity app and problem-solving almost anything, or as a last resort, call customer service for personal assistance.

I was able to order my family's upgraded box through the Xfinity chat online. They instructed me that the stores do not carry a lot of inventory, so they would send it through the mail, and all I had to do was return my old box to the store. I visited the store this evening. They were a little bit busy, but I didn't mind waiting to return equipment. The front employee told me the wait would be 35 minutes to scan back my box as I had already received my new box through the mail. I understand that it is a simple scan to put it back, but to make sure it goes to the right account, they need to check it with you. I appreciated that! The gentleman that helped me this evening did a quick job and was very polite explaining the process. I know that other customers were a bit frustrated at the wait due to not a lot of staff members, but every customer I saw that left the store was happy when they left. I highly recommend going online and using the chat and then going in the store for returning. Also, I learned that you can pay your bill in the store with a debit/credit card at a dedicated machine, so no cash is taken at the computers. All the staff were very kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Xfinity/Comcast!

I have been here so many times, and this time, I worked with Dee. Dee has no business working in any type of sales what so ever. From the repeated looking like he’s got something super intelligent to say, and coming out with “so, let me ask you a question.” “We don’t have any deals on Samsung right now.” These are literally the only two sentences he can come up with, other than cautioning you about using android.Check this out brother. I was prepared to spend $3000 today on phones and watches. I didn’t ask about deals, as I don’t care about deals. What I asked for was NUMBERS. But I don’t have the patience to ask you a 4th time so I walked out. DO NOT SPEND THE CUSTOMERS MONEY FOR THEM. Let them do it.And not all of us want a damn iPhone. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS and stop pushing your personal choice.

We had placed an online order to pick up an internet box, and they still made us wait in queue over an hour. I would have preferred to pay extra money for shipping than do the pick-up option. Customer service wasn't great either.

I went into the store to pickup a wireless unit. Once we got in the store it wasn't checked in correctly and the person who is authorized to do it was not working so I was not able to take it home. The store claimed they would send us a wireless unit to our home address and they sent us the wrong unit. I went back to the store to return the incorrect unit and waited for 45min. The 2 useless people at the front could not help assist the 7 people waiting. Do better Xfinity. You're customer service is horrible!

Liars. Made an appointment, arrived on time and told them did not want cell phone because telephone salesperson lied on costs. They said it would be a few minutes to review phone call. Then they said 20 minutes because manager was in meeting. I waited an hour and then the store manager, female, and the rep I had been talking with, saw me waiting near the counter and they talked quietly for a moment. Then the rep called me over and said the male manager was still in a meeting and that she would get my name and number and he would call me. I asked if they had been looking into my account why didn't they have mu contact info? I gave the info and told her I knew he would not call and he did not. No one did. They gave me a piece of paper with numbers to call. I did, after 53 minutes and 2 more people I was told I would get a refund on money pad for cell phone then I was told I would not, then I was told it would take a 24 - 48 review to determine. I asked what was I supposed to do with the phone.Then the CS Rep said hmmm, and then disconnected the call. I'm off to a different store today. Xfinity is a bunch of liars.
