I called them out for a repair estimate. After a free weeks of waiting, they finally sent me an estimate that was more than double all the other estimates I got. Then they sent me a surprise invoice for $150 for the estimate. No mention of charging for an estimate before hand.Not ok.

After contacting Brandt, with an estimated 2 pole repairs, I had to increase it to 9 lights to be repaired. He immediately made the change, thanked for for clarifying the order. Marty showed up ahead of schedule to get started and did an great job restoring power to all my yard lights. Extremely happy with the service provided. Will definitely use them for all my lighting needs.

I have a sign that half the letters stopped wowrking a few years ago due to a storm and since then had 3 sign companies come and try and fix with no results. Yesco sent out Ray who worked on my sign for 4 hours and found what the problems were and fixed my sign for way less than some of the other companies who tried to fix it. i highly recommend them

The Yesco service team has been great to work with! Jeff got us set up on a Weds and by Friday the technician had both of our signs fixed. The tech called me with an explanation & texted pics of the issue. Great job! I’ll definitely call on them again!

I had a terrible experience with Yesco. I have owned a small business for 30 years and its hard enough to keep the doors open with busy traffic problems. Yesco came out to fix my sign in December. They took the sign apart so people driving by would see a sign with its front facing off. It didn’t look good for my business but there was nothing else they could do. I figured a week or two to fix the sign was reasonable. After a month without hearing from them, I contacted the Yesco Manager because the sign condition makes potential clients think I was unable to fix the sign and could be in financial trouble. It just doesn’t look good for a business. I was Told by the manager they forgot about the job but would get right on it. I was told it would be completed in a couple more weeks. Mid January I called them back again. The manger was surprised it wasn’t done yet. They gave me a date in the beginning of February. I again called in mid-February to remind them of the date they had given me for fixing the sign. I was told they had forgot to schedule me for that date and it would have to be a week after what they had told me. All in all, the face of my sign was off for over two months. The bill was still over a $1,000 for their screw-ups. Something to think about before using this company.

Jeff Regnier has been very helpful over the last 4 years. His bay area technicians have done a great job with our neon sign repairs. YESCO has retrofitted signs at 2 of our stores to LED and we are very happy with the results. Thank you!
