I paid $218 on September 4 of 2019 to have my bottles of wine shipped to me. It is October 22nd and I have yet to receive my box. Not even a hint. I have called on two different occasions and was told on the phone that I would get my box the following week. It has been 7 weeks! Whatever you do just take your wine bottles with you on the plane.

We had no choice but to ship our wines through a third party company. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with our needs. Highly recommend them

After a few days in Napa I was FEARING the cost this place might charge to ship our wine home, but to my surprise they were amazing. They didn't charge any crazy surcharges on the packaging or the shipping and the service we received was great.

I generally bring my business to the little guy. I came in with 2 boxes to be sent out via Fedex with clear instructions. I reiterated twice that there must be "no signature required", as one box was going to a rural area, to a handicapped individual, who needed the box left for pickup by caretaker. No Alcohol was being shipped. I tracked and saw that there was "adult signature required" . I called them to adjust the label. The Man who answered said he would call FedEx, try to fix it, and call me back. I never received a return call. Poor customer service. These "little" mistakes are not what one pays for when having precise shipping instructions. It caused a great inconvenience to one of my clients, and made me look irresponsible.

Called on a tuesday for pickup that day or next for an arrival date of friday at destination. Was told no guarantee as they were just to busy. Poor customer service....sad as I've used them since they first opened up. Guess you can out grow your customers.

Absolutely, bar none, the best shipping company in the St. Helena, Sonoma and NAPA area. My experience was with the St. Helena location owned by Tony Aguilera and family. The location is perfect if you don't want to haul your wine all the way back to NAPA, or maybe want to purchase bottles in NAPA, then St. Helena area and finish in Sonoma.
I entered the St. Helena location and was met by Remi (Tony's brother). Super nice dude. He walked me thru the process, showed me a shipper and answered all questions. We then headed out to purchase 12 bottles of great wine. Once secured, we headed back to Bodega and met with Tony. He gave us the scoop on shipping, packed it up and gave us a great deal.
This location has a great web site which has a pre-shipping form which makes it easy to input your wine list with values, calculate shipping and provide email tracking info. This is really cool if you want to get a jump on filling out shipping forms. Just fill out online, and then drop off wine.
Needless to say, our wine arrived the next morning after we got home (while we were eating breakfast). We shipped next day air, and put our bottles immediately in the mini-wine cooler. They arrived in mint condition.
