The management is a joke they were standing in a circle joking around so I went up to them and respectfully asked for some assistance in locating the proper tool and instead taking the initiative to help me they got on the walkie talkie and called for assistance! After ten minutes a pregnant employee was returning from lunch and she must have seen the frustration on my face because she checked in with me to make sure I was alright after explaining the situation to her and then she saw the two managers talking and laughing annoyi loud she took me to the proper isle and helped me select the product I needed when she began to help me lift the item into the cart she menti she was pregnant and I had to stop her from doing that even though she was willing. Thank you to the pregnant lady and good ridda to the two guys in charge!

Bunch of crooks. I Purchased a sump pump for a job we were doing nearby. Tried to use it and it was not adequate for what it was advertised for. I attempted to return it within an hour and the manager rudely argues with me about how all sales are final and it’s up to them if they want to take any returns. As far as I’m concerned, she say on the sales are final…. It makes sense why these small businesses are getting overrun by big department stores like Home Depot.

A beautiful nursery and wonderful builder supply company located right in St Helena,Napa Valley. A nice offstreet parking lot allows for ease of access to this business. A wide variety of live plants, as well as seasonal items including live Christmas trees, and wreaths are now available. All your basic building supply needs are in stock, expert help is available for any related subject, and assistance loading your vehicle can be provided. Delivery on products is available for an additional fee. I highly recommend you stop in and check out this wonderful shop.

Constantly understaffed. The staff that are on the yard are overworked. You can work as much as/more than other people, cover other people’s tasks, while making less money than everyone else. And every raise request will be rejected.

The garden staff is overworked and understaffed. Management needs to hire more people and help them out!

Mid City Nursery in American Canyon did not have the rose varieties I wanted but I bought 3 potted rose bushes anyway.. and had to immediately return 2 with mildew. I spent 30% more for 2 rose bushes, exactly the rare varieties I was searching for, from Central Valley in St Helena and it was worth every penny. They have flourished and are now 30% BIGGER than the one remaining one from Mid City.

Called to check if they had schedule 80 electrical conduit, before driving over to get it. The guy that I talked to said they had plenty. Turns out they didn't have any. Waste of time and money.

Rachel, who works in the front of the store is one of the most kindest, helpful, and courteous people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at Central Valley. All of the employees there have been great but Rachel is a top notch person!
