Smith's pharmacy is an amazing place to shop for gifts,greeting cards, and of course to pick up your prescriptions. Customer service is AMAZING!! I was helped by Elvia and she was very professional and super nice! I've been going to smith's since I was little and will definitely keep going!

I love the whole crew at Smiths, just like family! They go out of their way to help and always come through! Love the gift shop also, don't know what I would do without them! Awesome sums it up!

What a great small town Pharmacy! I was evacuated due to fire, and the pharmacist help me get my medications. Thank you so much. I work in St Helena and will be transferring all my medications to Smith's. The staff was amazing. once again thank you thank you..

Every time I try to get a prescription there is always confusion. My husband sometimes goes in for me because I’m pregnant and not in the mood and he is the most laid back person there is and even he hates going in because the pharmacist is rude and confused every time. I have received misguided information which has cost me almost $200 and no refunds even though it was their suggestion. Not happy with the pharmacy aspect of this place at all! I’d love for things to improve one day so I can update this review.

So I am a new old timer back visiting St. Helena, went to grammar school here, and Smiths Pharmacy was around while I was growing up, oh did I mention I am visiting my fiancee' and I am from Missouri? Well with the virus, I decided to make some changes and stay, however I had my own set of scripts that needed to be filled...bottom line, visiting from out of the area, not established at Smiths, placed my 5 script order, now its like I have been here forever, wonderfully kind, polite folks considering this Budweiser virus we have been experiencing! (Kidding) recommend them highly! Thank you Jeff, Nathan and Pam!

Love Smith's pharmacy everyone is always friendly. During these hard times that we are going through, the staff has remained professional and making sure that we are always greeted with a smile. I really appreciate all of your hard work. You guys are AMAZING!!

I had purchased a pair of reading glasses at this Pharmacy, Unfortunately they were hurting my head because they were the wrong prescription. I went back with my receipt and the original tags of the glasses and the glasses with the pouch. I walked up to up to one of the registers , I was hoping that the return would be simple being that I had everything I needed unfortunately the lady at the front register by the glasses was very rude and had very little customer service. She wanted to say no, but when she noticed I had my receipt she decided to ask me where the stickers of the glasses were... I showed her the stickers I had then, she proceeded to tell me she couldn't return it because I had not brought my debit card with me... so I went back to my car and returned to get my refund which she gave to me without much customer service. oh well, I was sorry to make her have to work issuing the refund but, these glasses were the wrong fit for me... and what do you know....it took her all of 5 minutes.

Very nice small community Pharmacy in Northern California's wine country. If you are traveling through and in need of last minute items start here. I needed an extra SD card and they were half price. Lots of other local items and friendly staff makes this place a good value for out of town guests.
