Ms Faust does not do much to up keep this place. Dusty, items don't rotate and items are there for a long time. The past manager was far superior, windows displays were fabulous. Maybe Ms Faust knows someone because she does not do much and tells little white lies about pricing. I know it helps Collabria but that should not mean a person cannot do an excellent job

They have an eclectic collection and I try and stop in frequently when I can. Sometimes I find something I’m looking for or some thing I want, but most days I get to look through and wait to find a treasure another day

This is a great place to stop in over and over. I always come across a few if not several items for home or work. This year I picked up some great mirrored stars and glass icicles which I hung from a tree for work.

"La Vie Boheme"- La Boheme is a thrift store benefitting Collabria care/hospice and adult day services. A thrift store with a good cause. It's a very clean, bright and airy place, despite the fact they deal with very serious issues like chronic illness and death. They had some amazing Japanese dolls, and their cookbook section is impressive, with offerings like Wolfgang Puck&the Moosewood cookbook. If they were closer, I'd be donating to them, and if I weren't moving, I would've bought a stack of cookbooks! The women who run it are very cheerful, compassionate and friendly. They even informed me that Thrifty Manor, St. Helena Catholic Church's thrift shop, had closed. They receive high quality donations, and are all about a good cause. A hidden unpretentious gem on Main Street.

Very nice second hand store that benefits a good cause (hospice). It is a clean well organized shop. There were many things I found interesting but everything was higher priced than I am willing to pay second hand. They had a matching set of darling French looking chairs that were nearly 1,000 dollars. A nice looking set of chine (10 pieces) for $385 and a nice figurine for $85. There was a $1.00 table out front that I did purchase an antique small plate and a piece of fabric with a map on it. The staff was very nice so I will go again when I am in the area.

Since they are a non profit I cannot give them less than 5 stars, but truly the quality of the donations reflects the affluence of the surrounding area. Thats great for us bargain shoppers, well cared for art, furniture, and clothing for a fraction of its original retail. Additionally shopping 2nd hand has the added bonus of finding one of a kind pieces. The staff and the displays are welcoming and clean. I give it a 2nd hand recommend.

How to splurge in self delight, take yourself right now to La Boheme! Even if you buy nothing, the eye candy truly thrills your imagination of what could be. Shop there regularly, you will feel better, great merchandising for a thrift shop.

Very quaint store supporting Puerto Rico with the Puerto Rican flag outside of their business. It is a resale store that receives donations from people giving they're valuable items.
