We bought several items from them over the years. Always easy and fast to get if they weren't in stock. But today it was a special treat: We needed a new car battery for our Toyota truck, of which they had not only had several in stock but they did a professional replacement job without extra charge and within minutes! Great, rare service nowadays.

The check coolant indicator came on as we were 4 hours away from home. After it cooled enough for us to check, yup, it was low by about 1 inch from the marker. Needed to get a specific type of coolant and went to Brown's Auto Park as they were open early. The person helped save us money and time by suggesting we buy distilled water to top off the coolant as we would need a mixture of the coolant and distilled water anyway and we were only down 1 inch. We had read the same online and appreciated the recommendation / reassurance.

that's fine I have Brown's Auto to be awesome then his staff are very helpful and coordinating and getting parts for your car specially for my old 1970 Dodge Coronet to my Dodge Dakota pickup the assist me and I'm very helpful they're very good people I recommend them for for parts and service to anybody and the whole USA thank you Dan at Brown's Auto
