Fantastic customer service! My husband and I were in town for a few days. We were honestly just window shopping before wine tasting and weren’t looking to make any purchases. It just so happened that on our drive to Napa, my husband’s (custom made) wedding band lost a jewel when one of the prongs broke off. We didn’t know at what point the prong had broken and weren’t able to find the jewel. It had a lot of sentimental value to us because the jewel was taken off of a necklace of mine and so matched perfectly, I wore it on our wedding day…you can imagine the attachment to it. Anyhow, we got to talking to Sam, the owner, and he said he might have a jewel of the same cut, size and color and be able to fix the ring for us that same day. He put in a call, found the jewel, made the repair and recoated the ring so it looked brand new. It looks better than it ever did! Sam did such an amazing job, he was so friendly and helpful and he communicated with us the whole time. What a blessing we happened to wander into his shop. We ended up also purchasing a pair of earrings and a beautiful necklace. Thank you, Sam! We could not be happier.

I was looking for a gift for my sister for MONTHS. I’ve walked into at least 10 jewelry stores and never found “the one”. I’ve found nice designs but poor materials, or vice versa. On a day trip to Napa I got totally lucky and found this shop! They had the perfect ring for a sister/daughter/friend occasion. Such a gorgeous and simple design. Resized it perfectly and I can’t wait to give it to her! Thank you Pavati, I’ll be back!!

I can't say enough about Pavati Jewelry and the proprietor Sam. I could go on and on about the very positive specifics of my recent experience with Sam, but the over arching message is this: There are a lot of things to look for in a jewelry store and a jeweler. Quality, selection, ability, value etc., all of which Pavati has in abundance. The most important aspects to have in a jeweler however are trust and integrity, without those the other qualities are of little value. Sam has rock solid business ethics and personal integrity. If that matters to you, then Pavati should be your jeweler.

Wow I wish I could rate 10 stars. I was looking for a chain for my custom crystal pendent and after searching 2 cities and about 8 locations. I was directed to Pavati Jewelry. When I walk in, the first thing I say is, "I am looking for something very specific" and the attendant (Sam) says, "that's impossible, people hardly find that when they want something specific." I then explain to him what I need and he proceeds to LITTERALLY turn to his right, pull out this rope chain that you see in the image. He measures it and its the exact length that I want and the exact mm that I want... I sit in awe as he then gives me an amazing price on it. Needless to say, I left as a very satisfied customer :). Sterling Silver. 26in 3mm. Thank you Sam Dalia for providing a truly magical service.

I got my engagement ring for my fiancé from Pavati’s and she absolutely loved it! Sam and Amber were so easy to work with, very hospitable and friendly. I have gotten so many compliments from family, friends, and the bridesmaids that I picked the perfect ring so I have to thank you guys for making me look good! I had the best experience working with Sam and Amber to pick out the perfect ring for my fiancé! The ring came out beautiful and she loved it! I have gotten so many compliments and praises for picking the perfect ring from our families and the bridesmaids so I have to thank You guys for making me look good. I approached Sam & Amber about getting a replacement custom wedding ring. It was a very emotional process because my last ring was stolen. Sam & Amber took time to address my concerns, listen to what I am looking for, and do a ton of research to provide me with exactly what I wanted. They both were so kind and genuine about providing me with a ring that I can treasure. I have nothing but good things to say about Pavati- you can't beat a place with superior customer service with employees that care. My ring is perfect.

Purchased a beautiful tanzanite ring and matching earrings. Sam and Amber were wonderful to work with and very accommodating. I needed my ring sized and Sam delivered it to my hotel so I could wear it right away. Exceptional service and definitely a place I will go back to!
