My friends and I was at the store. We wanted to taste the wines before purchasing them. Bart at the bar was very rude when he served us the wine. Just straight up RUDE!

Well reviewed vineyard that makes wine accessible to the masses. You can buy the wine, some cheese and other small bites then take them out to the yard and have a picnic under the trees. Staff are friendly and helpful and it’s a lovely place to be in spring and other months when the weather isn’t too hot.

Guess what? They are kind and friendly here. Amazing deli, shaded tables, clean restrooms, and the most friendly staff… Your business is appreciated here, and it shows.? (Unlike the prior Winery I just reviewed that was the worst customer service I’ve ever received - and I’ve lived here 20years!) Thank you again for the great wine, deli, grounds and friendly staff.

I visited on a Saturday, and the experience was totally awful. There were too many people inside the tasting room making it a super bad environment for wine tasting. The reception was unorganized and taking too long to let people in. The bathrooms smelled awful. You could even smell it in the garden. The worst part was the server and the wine tasting. The wine I would like to try was out of stock with no prior notice or any note on the menu. The server simply told me there was no more left when I mentioned I wanted to try it. The server called Justin was having a condescending attitude. He served my group each wine for 10 second without talking to us or introducing anything while talking to other guest groups next to us for 5 minutes straight. I had to wait for several minutes until he finished talking to the people next to me for him to serve me. I would definitely not recommend having your wine tasting with him. Before coming, I saw other people commenting on Justin’s previous improper and even racist behavior from years ago. Unfortunately, he did not change.Awful experience. 1/10.

Visiting from Toronto, Canada; first time in Napa Valley and this tasting didn't disappoint! Well, the only real "disappointment" is that Madeira California can only be bought here. Fantastic stuff - sweet toffee syrup that doesn't overwhelm, a perfect dessert wine.More of a whisky guy but didn't have a bad glass! Madeira was just too good to not buy. Throwing out all my clothes from my luggage to fit it.Our tasting was done with Justin who was awesome. Straight forward and all his recommendations were spot on, not pushy either.Overall, will definitely be back for the Madeira! Came on a rainy Friday afternoon around 4:30 and it wasn't too busy. Had a more casual vibe and not pretentious.

This winery is where we first experienced the Napa Valley. Darío, Tom and their outstanding team are the absolute best that the Napa Valley has to offer.

Honestly expected for v. sattui to be better since it is a very much suggested place. Estate was nice, it was a little bit of a wait before we got seated. Bathroom smelt unclean. And when we sat, one of the seats broke. Felt like our server was in a rush most of the time, and honestly, the wine didn’t leave much of an impression. This place felt overrated.

We did a tour and tasting with Joe and were very pleased with both. Joe was very knowledgable and answered all our questions. The wines were excellent all around. He also brought in some sweeter options for one of the group members that liked those. Highly recommended.

We had the best experience at V. Sattui. We were able to get in without advanced notice. Ed was THE BEST. He challenged my usual tastes and we found new favorite wines. I highly recommend this Winery. We honestly should stayed there all day. Stopping by the deli is a must. If you're here for vacation I suggest coming in around 10 on a week day. We had the place basically to ourselves for the entire wine tasting.

One of my favourite vineyards to come with friends. You can buy food (cheeses etc) from the shop and a bottle of wine and sit in their grounds having a picnic. A lovely spot!
