“I’ve known the owners of Bigfoot Carpet for years, and I can confidently say they run their business with heart, honesty, and craftsmanship. Whether you’re looking for a full-home carpet replacement or just the perfect rug to tie a room together, their knowledge and dedication always come through to the highest quality. They treat every customer like family, and it’s clear they genuinely care about helping you find the best solution—not just making a sale. Over the years, I’ve watched them build strong relationships in the community, and it’s no surprise why people appreciate their business! Quality, service, and trust are rare to find all in one place—but this store has them all!”

“We recently had the pleasure of working with Richard Morris to replace our second story carpet with laminate and replace the carpet on the stairs, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. He is very professional and the quality and precision of his work and attention to detail was very much appreciated. It's clear he takes strong accountability in his work. He communicated clearly and regularly, keeping us informed of progress and any minor adjustments along the way. A couple issues arose during the process and he did extra work he wasn't expecting. He also accommodated a schedule change that I needed. We truly appreciate him. If you’re looking for a floor installer who is reliable, professional, and does an outstanding job, we highly recommend him. And The Floor Trader was great, they had many options (we shopped around) and they had the one product we needed. James was great to work with as well, easy and straight forward. All around friendly and helpful staff. Flooring: Compass Material Pallas WPL6 - laminate”
