“I found this spot on google because I was out of town and had to print and submit paper work asap. The lady there was beyond amazing ! I’m kinda slow when it comes to my phone lol, she helped me save documents and send it to her to print. Also she helped me get it mailed out and while I was filling it out she noticed I was doing it wrong, stopped me and helped me get it all fixed. Thank you so much for everything! And that exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend this place.”
“I rely on the Manteca Staples printing department for fast printing of marketing materials for tradeshows and events. I'm grateful for their staff - Monica, for example - being highly capable, thoughtful and reliable. They have the equipment and expertise it takes to create powerful displays in short order. I try to give them 24 hours because if I want their best effort, I know they need me to give them time. Oh, and they make their deadlines too.”
“Amazing service with Thuy. She helped me print out an Email I was having trouble with. She helped recalibrate my file (photos were too big) while helping two other customers. I was very impressed with her fast service, her upbeat personality and her patience with everyone she came into contact with. I couldn’t been in the store for a longer time trying to do it myself, but I was in and out in a few minutes. She did everything with a smile on her face, lovely lady.”

“I cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.”

“Talk about a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a notary, and was referred to this place by another shipping store. I called and sure enough, Teryn, is a notary onsite. So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. They also, make keys, computer rental, and even have ice cream. I wish my pictures were better, but I was trying to be inconspicuous. You should definitely check this place out! Ignore the negative Nancies. Always support local!”

“The people working here were very kind. I needed some things shipped, and I asked them if they would be any cheaper than a big chain, and they were very honest about it! Don’t listen to all these bad reviews. It seems there’s new management here, and the people are super friendly.”
“I love Staples, the paper they use in there copier is quality paper. I go here specifically for that, so my copies last longer. I had so much trouble downloading my stuff to print this time. I left with one copy but nobody seemed able to help me. I have done it before, but for some reason it was not working. Frustrating as it's an hour round trip to make my copies.
Update: I think I was just there at a busy time. I was there today again and everything went great!”

“After reading several negative posts I was nervous if I was going to received the large leaner mirror I ordered for my daughter in one piece. But I have to say that from the voice message I received from Julie wanting to schedule the delivery & me calling back scheduling a 12:00pm - 3:00pm delivery their were no issues. I asked if the driver could call me prior to him heading to my address & Julie said not a problem. I received that call from Armando at 12:30pm stating that he would be at the place of delivery in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was very friendly & took extreme care unloading this mirror out of his large van truck. I'm writing this review today because the experience I had with Mountain Valley Express on Dec. 1, 2020 was "excellent" from start to finish. Thank you, Lee!”
