βWent in early before my scheduled appt which was at 11am and she got me in right away. I had my youngest with me and they were so helpful with him while I was fingerprinting for my live scan. Very helpful and kind ?β
βThis store, and it's owner, are a gem. It's my go to for all of my e-commerce and postal needs. Super pleasant and friendly every time I'm there, extremely accommodating, and always welcoming. Today, I witnessed an influx of customers this afternoon and only one employee at the register. He got everyone in and out QUICK. And not intentionally; his service is FAST, EFFICIENT, and FRIENDLY. βAnytime I have a PDF I come here. They will print it out for me at a fair cost. they can meet all of your shipping needs. they are very informative as well. Lots of gifts and cards in the store as well.β
βI rely on the Manteca Staples printing department for fast printing of marketing materials for tradeshows and events. I'm grateful for their staff - Monica, for example - being highly capable, thoughtful and reliable. They have the equipment and expertise it takes to create powerful displays in short order. I try to give them 24 hours because if I want their best effort, I know they need me to give them time. Oh, and they make their deadlines too.β
βI cannot let the day go by without mentioning well deserved appreciation for excellent customer service! I came in to have a copy of my house key made, I had a difficult time getting my key out of my key chain and Kumar ( I think he's the owner?) went above and beyond to assist. Not only did he volunteer to help get my stubborn key out of my keychain but he did with so with so much appreciation for my business. I take the time to write this because he spent a good 15-20 min with me for a $5.00 sale. I worked at Nordstrom for 12 years, and great customer service is something I always look for and unfortunately, rare these days.. great job Kumar! It's the small kindness people remember. I will be referring customers to you, and I will certainly be back to spend more money there.β
βTalk about a diamond in the rough. I was looking for a notary, and was referred to this place by another shipping store. I called and sure enough, Teryn, is a notary onsite. So, I went in with my papers and UPS sticker and she did it all for me. They even provide you with copies you notarize for free. She was super friendly! Other places charge for ridiculous things like a piece of tape to shut a box. They have everything in here. They're able to ship with all the major shippers. They also, make keys, computer rental, and even have ice cream. I wish my pictures were better, but I was trying to be inconspicuous. You should definitely check this place out! Ignore the negative Nancies. Always support local!β

βShipping and receiving is at the security post outside. Place is very tight and busy, especially during shift change. The entrances is by the Frito-Lay warehouse off Spreckels Avenue.. cautious when making wide right turn into facility..β

Handling a long line is hard enough, but your ability to calmly de-escalate an angry customer kept the whole line more at ease.
Outstanding customer service under real pressure.
βManagement, however, earns a 4-star rating. Frontline workers don't set staffing schedules, yet they take the brunt of customer frustration when lines get long. Support your staff with the hours and backup they need to succeed.
Especially during peak rush hours at the end of the work day.
It isn't fair for frontline workers to be the punching bag for company scheduling decisions. Please give this team member the recognition and support they deserve.β

βAfter reading several negative posts I was nervous if I was going to received the large leaner mirror I ordered for my daughter in one piece. But I have to say that from the voice message I received from Julie wanting to schedule the delivery & me calling back scheduling a 12:00pm - 3:00pm delivery their were no issues. I asked if the driver could call me prior to him heading to my address & Julie said not a problem. I received that call from Armando at 12:30pm stating that he would be at the place of delivery in 20 minutes. When he arrived he was very friendly & took extreme care unloading this mirror out of his large van truck. I'm writing this review today because the experience I had with Mountain Valley Express on Dec. 1, 2020 was "excellent" from start to finish. Thank you, Lee!β
