“I could not be happier with my experience here at Empire Auto Salez. I drove all the way from Santa Cruz, CA to purchase a 2010 Toyota Matrix and I’m really glad I did. From the moment I first talked to Daz on the phone the whole process was as smooth and easy as could be.
I’ve been needing to buy a new car for a while and have been putting it off because I hate how pushy and sharky some sales people can be. I really appreciated how Daz let me take my time looking at the car on my own, making calls, and just told me he was there if I needed him. This helped me feel relaxed and unhurried. I brought the car to the Toyota dealership to get an independent inspection done just to be safe; when the inspection was taking over 3+ hours, Daz and Ed said they would pick the vehicle up for me so I could go home, make it to my next commitment, and return the next day to purchase it. The independent inspection came out great.
The next day when I returned to buy, Ed made the loan process as easy and straight forward as can be. I swear I think I was out of there within 40 minutes!
