The LTC pharmacist is very unprofessional and rude. Short tempered and yells when asked questions about medication and refills. The delivery service is good, but the unfortunate interactions with the lady at the LTC makes it hard to coordinate deliveries and refills without her attacking the caller.

Call before coming for your vaccine. I had an appointment and was told that my appointment time was during their lunch. I then had to wait for 2 hours . They kept telling me it was my fault and turned away people every 15 minutes that had appointments .

This pharmacy is great! The last few times I have gone in Alma helped me, she was very sweet and helpful! She always makes sure all questions are answered before leaving.

What a shame... this pharmacy was so amazing when bob Souza was the owner. Now they have clerks that have zero customer service skills, not even a smile or thank you for coming... nothing but rudeness. They should fire their clerks and get a whole batch of new staff who know what they are doing. Only reason they are getting two stars is because the pharmacist and the pharmacy technicians know what they are doing unlike their clerks. Very disappointed.

I was going to Walgreens Pharmacy for a while and hated it. Always took too long to help people and were slow to give you your medication. When I switched over to Alisal Pharmacy on N. Sanborn rd maybe about 7yrs ago, I did not regret that move. I love it here. Very friendly staff and they are on it with my medications. I strongly suggest you change here too. Two thumbs up for this Pharmacy and Staff!!

very bad experience every time i go they are not professional the girls that work their always in bad mood they are disrespectful their always a problem with picking up n the medicine you call and they told you its ready and ones your their a problem dont recommend at all hope they change their staff or trained them good.
