My hairdresser Pat is excellent, I had a bad haircut and she straighted it out. Looks good now.

They have many talented stylists and great customer service. They also sell products for your hair.

Clients should have to wait in the sitting area (by the front door), until their hairdresser is ready for them! They should not be able to hang out with the hairdresser if there is a current client getting their hair done! Not professional!
