I recently went to your store to buy beer, but I forgot my ID. My father-in-law offered to buy it instead, but the store staff refused, claiming it was a third-party sale. We tried to explain that it was for the same household, but they didn’t budge, so we decided to leave. As we were exiting, my kids overheard the general manager calling us ignorant in the front of the store, which shocked even the other employees. This behavior is extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, the manager also called my kids ignorant. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to your store.

Unprofessional cashier yelled at me when I was trying to get an. Ic. Then yelled at me again when I didn't know where her sink was. Won't be going to AMP m ever again. Extremely unprofessional and toxic experience.

11/1/2024 @ approx 1:15 pm , tried to buy a Powerball lottery ticket, the clerk asked to see my ID , I said no ( I’m 56 yrs old ) , he said “ it’s our policy “ , so I walked out , bought a ticket at another location. What a joke

Don't even go for a fountain drink. The ice tea, gatorade and lemonade are all carbonated, and if you say something slthey literally say oh too bad. Morning male manager and morning female manager differe t days.

Making a quick pit stop at ampm, employees were friendly and helpful with bathroom key. Restrooms needed some attention but I'm great full service of it.The store area and gas station are well kept. It a good size store with all the snacks and drinks you need for the road. Employees are welcoming and friendly. Ambiance, employee's seamed to be enjoying each other's company.

2 older women working register, extremely rude on Saturday @ 11:30am. They sold us a car wash, we drive through an extremely narrow drive in, come to find out, the monitor says the car wash is currently UNAVAILABLE. We then have to reverse out of this tight drive thru, I go inside and ask for a refund, I was then told “no… the car wash is good for 14 days” I told her I am from out of town and was only passing through, she begins to tell me there is nothing she can do, she said I can wait to speak with manager on MONDAY, again, I remind her I’m from out of town and would just like my $7 back. At this point, the other cashier is smirking making comments how “an out of towner is being rude HAHA this is ridiculous”. Bathrooms were also not working. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before stopping here. Great location, terrible customer service.

Absolute dog water experience. If I could give it negative stars I would. The night staff are absolute clowns. I was standing in the store for 3 minutes before anyone noticed I was there. I asked to use the restroom and it was “out of service” I don’t believe anything was wrong because the cashier couldn’t explain what was wrong with it. I think the purposely refuse access so they don’t have to clean it. I asked to use the employee restroom and they refused because “the owner is watching the cameras”. This was at about 3am I don’t know what kind of owner watches his cameras at 3 am to see who’s using his restrooms. Obviously they didn’t want to let me use the restrooms. Furthermore, the employee needs to work on his attitude towards customers. So if you’re the owner and you read this get your employees in check my man.

Tee is a gem! She was so funny and kind. I hope she's being treated well there. The store was clean and well organized. I even said to my fiance that this is the cleanest gas station store I've ever been to. I will be back for gas, snacks and to see Tee again.

I like the people at this ampm they've always been very nice to me.the review that's talking about not being able to use the bathroom there's no establishment out here that's going to let you use a bathroom during a pandemic and violates health code regulations. Get used to it. The employees didn't make the rules.
