So much to say:It is super quiet,well taken care of,extremely safe. have NEVER had any problems with security to either my apartment or my car. Susan,the manager,and her staff,do an exceptional job of meeting my needs. for example,my fridge went out one morning,by the time i got home from work i had a new fridge! I highly recommend to everyone to make this your new home!”

“I’ve lived here for almost a year now not knowing where to rent or where to go. These people have been phenomenal. I can’t say enough things used to all the staff that works so hard to make this a good place to live if there’s any issues with your residence they address them right away even in your personal walk they’re more than compassionate that is above and beyond. What any staff should do I just want to say it’s been a great experience and I hope and pray it can continue. The pool is always sparkling. The grounds are always mowed. If there’s any issue it is addressed right away. They reach out to you right away. Your calls are not ignored. Neither is your emails so to the staff from Laurel tree and all the people that worked so hard to make this a good community thank you and may God bless you all the days of your life.”
“Management is super friendly. Maintenance answers quickly and solves issues in a fast time manner. Community events arranged by management on holidays such as horror movie showings on Halloween. And is a quiet complex community.”
