DO NOT USE THIS STORE. NOT AN AT&T STORE - THEY ARE ONLY AN AUTHORIZED RETAILER.
This would’ve been wonderful to know ahead of trying to use this newer store. It has taken me months of trying to calm down enough to write this review. Mainly because it took months to fix the mistakes that were made by this store. I chose to use this store because of the convenient proximity to my home. I wish I could go back and change my mind. Very long story short- the employees at this store locked me out of my account while also somehow creating me multiple accounts under my own name and under my business name. It was a nightmare. AT&T corporate couldn’t verify who I was for about a month or so due to these issues because this store used the wrong social and made up a PIN code on accident without me while trying to fix it. There is so much more that happened but these are the headlines.
Notice how most of the people that have reviewed this store so far have only reviewed this store and not much else.
Feel free to use this store for easier things like purchasing phones, accessories, or paying bills. But using them for ANY account changes is at your own risk. The staff is nice but completely under trained. I do not make recommendations lightly so I am very serious when advising this. My husband and I each wasted time and money and spent so much time crying out of pure frustration to AT&T corporate trying to figure this issue out.
I will never again step foot into this retailer.
