Went to the AT&T Store on North Main to get a new phone. was immediately greeted by Stacy, when it was my turn to be helped Stacy Came over and introduced herself. She Spent easy 4 painstaking hrs to help me bring my number to AT&T, even going as far as contacting Google to help get my GoogleFi number. The whole time she was Very professional and kind, even when it seemed like a impossible task she kept a smile on her face. with how she acted I thought she was the Manager, was surprised to find out she wasn't I strongly recommend if you need help ask for her. even if you have to wait she is worth it!!

Any services you need that doesn’t result in a sale I don’t recommend this location. Horrible service from customer service representative to management. They are very short with you, not helpful and just recommend you call the 1-800 number

My mom went into the store and was offered apple watches, Buy 1 Get 1 Device Promo, so she got 4 total for her family. She was not made aware of the monthly unlimited wearables that came with each watch, plus add all the monthly surcharges, taxes and fees that were being charged for each watch. Now a year later I'm reviewing her invoice and realized all these charges that she's been paying for, much more than what she was told it would cost to have them. I just spent 1.5 hr with Customer Service getting this apple watch service canceled and paying off the watches in FULL price because the promo would not apply if paying them off. It just feels so unfair that she was told half of the information at the beginning just so this Rep would make the sale and get commission. My mom doesn't check her invoices because they don't make sense for her, so until I'm reviewing this we find out. Makes me feel incredible disappointed at the service and I would always speak so highly of ATT phone service to friends and family.
