Based on Yelp reviews and proximity to me, Audio Express was on my short list when looking for an Apple CarPlay-compatible receiver for my 1999 Honda Civic. Met with Jr who was evidently very busy, but still took the time to speak with me, understand my requirements, and provide me with a quote. I brought my car in that same afternoon and the job was complete at the end of the work day. The installation was perfect and the car was treated with care. He did indicate one of the OEM rear speakers was busted, and I will gladly go back for new speakers at a later date. Thanks again Jr and Audio Express!

Junior Magos is a flake of a business man. I paid him $800 to install an amp & a woofer in 2 of my BMW'S Less then a year later one of my woofers is not working. I stop in to see if he can take a look at it, he tells me to call him back next week so he can try to see if it'll be Wed, Thur, Friday, or maybe even Saturday before he can see it, depends on if he gets other work. Really, oh & there will be a charge for his unwarranteed install!, not! Sorry Junior but I don't do busy with flakey business men like you. I'll take my business where they appreciate customers, both big and small. I really don't know how you stay open, but you won't on my dime ever again! Buyer beware of this flakey business man! Junior scheduled my appointment, called before. Was very helpful and professional in suggesting the right system for installation. He was not pushy to suggest the right steroid and further discussion we agreed the speakers need to be changed since original equipment was over 20 years old. He has a great inventory to choose from. When I told him my radio antenna was broken he found a replacement that was less expensive than other businesses I had contacted. I would rate this business five stars, and also like taking my business to east Salinas.

The staff is very chill and nice. I went to get my amplifier wires checked. They told me it was dead and needed a new one. Got a new amp at and install for 500. All good till I start playing bass music I used to play and noticed there wasn’t that bass kick like before. I started researching on the amp they sold me. I bought it for 250 when it’s worth 75 and even more for labor. Not returning.
