I always go to this Auto Zone for oil and window cleaner. They add the oil after they check it. They have been constant in sales and their customer service. ?

Came in a few days ago and some short guy with the most hilarious patchy beard was being nothing but disrespectful and rude. Very surprised he claims to be a manager because how could someone hire a guy into that position. Patchy sounded very depressed and hating life so he seems to take it out on customers which gives AutoZone a pretty bad look. Asked a simple question and for some reason he couldn't comprehend it so he just sat there saying "I'm not doing anything for you." I just wanted a little help but what do I expect from someone who has no people skills at all. Not surprised this establishment has 2 stars on yelp which is a lot more in line with what I experienced vs the 4 on Google. Hopefully you guys figure out what to do with Patchy cause from the looks of the reviews he as drove dozens of customers to O'reillys, me being on of them.

I love AutoZone! ?? They have a fantastic selection of car parts and accessories. The staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, and I often find what I need. Highly recommend! ??️? is a really friendly guy, very professional, very knowledgeable about everything in your needs. I really recommend this app store. I'll be back every single day. Poor customer service. One guy working and two others walking around like zombies. Would acknowledge you were waiting. No eye contact. Felt bad for the guy doing all the work

Well, if you call for a stock check, they say they have it, you drive across town, only to find out they don't actually have it, and they didn't actually perform a stock check. Just wasted my time and fuel, had me drive across the opposite side of town to get the part when I could have just done that in the first place if they had done their job. It's not hard.
