If I could give this place a zero, I would in a heartbeat.
An employee claimed my veteran husband was using “stolen valor” and all this because he can “tell his dependent ID card was fake”
HOW sir can YOU tell the if an ID is fake? Ask for a manager next time if you aren’t sure but NEVER claim my husband is using stolen valor. In the end, he wasn’t given a military discount but was given a “courtesy” discount. We truly believed this happened because of the color of his skin because everywhere else he has been shown his dependent ID have NEVER claimed he has stolen valor.
If this is how they treat veterans…
Do better.

Everything was going well until today, an employee spent around 50 minutes looking for a part and he ended up ordering it from another person and in the end he asked another person to deliver the part. I can't imagine why... But good for finish in a good way to the one I send to deliver the piece, I leave it to the employee on the other side, although that guy doesn't even have a badge, I don't know what he's doing working there

Terrible! Went in to dump my used oil, they told me to go to the back and tell someone there to dump it, then there was a man there and I told that I came in to dump the oil. So rude. He said either wait for someone else to help or dump it yourself. Like WHAT! it's not my job to do your job! He was rude. Why work in a place that you can get dirty and NOT want to get dirty. Then proceeded to tell my little brother "dump it in the back". Need better customer service.

Had great service from Eric. He helped me above and beyond. I wanted to tip him but didn't have cash. It's nice to know when people do more than they need to. His co worker was helpful too and collaborated with him to give me the help I needed.
