Worst customer service. Stood in lime for over 10 mins while 3 employees just wondered around behind the counter asking each other what they did on Saturday. After 10 mins of customers waiting in line to be helped one of the 3 employees standing around finally thought it would be a good idea to have a 4th employee come out as "back up." After not wanting to wait around any longer for the diagnostics check I needed I was told they looked at me with a blank stare and said they don't have the machine to do it since "someone stole the machine". I was then met with "you can see if O'Reilly can help you"

Fast and polite service. Was looking to replace my car's battery and while other AutoZone stores in the Salinas area told me the customer had to replace it themselves, the guys at this location got it replaced for me. Muchas gracias Daniel!

Worst autozone ever. The store manager Maria is unprofessional and rude. She doesn't want to help the customers and all she wants is the money. No help whatsoever, I miss the old autozone, before she was there.
