I would be very happy to review this business as far as their ability to perform the services they say they provide, however, no matter which day or time I attempt to get my hair cut, I am given the same song and dance routine that they have someone coming in an hour later for a haircut and they cannot accommodate me. Their sign clearly states Walk-ins Welcome. Who are these Walk-ins? Are they really welcome? I have tried to make an appointment but I am still being told they cannot accommodate me. There is only one customer on site when I arrive, usually a man getting a simple hair cut he's probably had for years: short back and sides. The man I've always spoken to is unconcerned and unapologetic. Is this not a hair salon?
