Been a regular customer for years. But no longer. The air conditioner is broken, and has been for some time. All the wine is going bad, with a good amount already experiencing heat damage. So my advice to anyone who drinks wine, do not go here. Also if you have a winery, I would pull my product. Imagine someone buying a bottle and it have heat damage, but for someone who knows nothing about wine thinking your wine is just no good. It’s mind boggling to think that a store that specializes in alcohol to let it get this bad!

BevMo is an ‘almost’ everything you need alcohol supplier. If you’re a casual beer drinker, they’ll have far more variety than you will ever need. But often, finding truly local craft beer is difficult to find at a big box retailer. Beer snobs need skip BevMo when looking for beer. However, if you’re looking for a great supply of kegs, BevMo has you covered. Again, it won’t be local craft beer, but there will be over a hundred different kegs to choose from for ordering. As for liquor, they’ve got you covered. And seasonal offerings are always top notch.

If I could give it a zero out of 5 I would. I had the worst customer service. I bought a keg for my wedding and the tap was broken we had to have a friend to get us a new tap and when we finally got a good one 4 hours into our wedding only foam came out. I returned it with their 7 days policy and the guy name Jesus that works at the store said if the tap of on the keg they can not return it. The store policy says if the beer is spoiled you can return it but how do we know it's spoiled if the tap isn't on it? We lost $200 please do not get a keg here or go here worst customer service I have ever got. This is the store at the in Salinas store 103.

I was very disappointed that they were out of Godiva liquor. I use it in my chocolate frosting and my cupcakes were just not up to snuff! I tried an off brand cacao liquor, it was terrible! I will find my Godiva elsewhere from now on. I did get help after stopping someone, but they were a little reluctant to help. I guess that's what you get for going to bevmo. I'll do local next time.

Usually have everything we want but generally speaking its a well stocked store. Some of the reps actually know what they're talking about with wines or spirits. Best to order online and dont forget the coupons. Love the 5C wine deals.

This Bevmo has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. They had some bottles of whiskey labeled at a price that was far below the recommended MSRP and I brought it to the staff's attention. The employee I spoke with said that they would honor the price point for the mislabeled bottles and so I was going to take 2 bottles of the perhaps 20 that were on the shelf. During checkout they decided to no longer honor the price for whatever made up reason and so I decided to just go with it. I still purchased the bottles but was getting bombarded with excuses and attitude from the female employee (possible manager) about the situation. The employees had a terrible attitude and obviously don't like their job. I won't expect much help from them in the future and they could probably benefit from some remedial training in customer service.
