My son is a student at CSUMB, and was involved in a minor collision without injuries, that created quite a bit of damage to our Toyota's front end. We live a couple of hundred miles from Monterey and I had no idea where we would repair the vehicle. After doing a little research, I chose Delcas Auto Collision in Salinas. I could not be happier with my decision and the work that they did. From my very first phone call I was put at ease by a wonderful & kind lady named Olga. She reassured me that they would take care of everything and update me on a regular basis. “I got the chance to drive a friend's 1998 Honda CRV and was impressed with its excellent condition. According to my friend that she got the CRV as a mechanic special. She brought it to Austin of A & C Auto Repair and had it fixed. The transmission was replaced and some other work were done for a very reasonable cost. I then called 3 weeks ago for an 02 sensor replacement. I already went to a different auto shop demanded 255 usd advanced payment for the job and part to be done on Friday and it was just a Monday. That was then I decided to try A and C Auto Repair. I called and Agustin answered. Told him my problem. He asked me to bring my car, inspected and fixed it for way less than what the other shop was demanding me to pay. He showed me the work done on my 1997 camry. New part was installed and neatly done.
