We are from Alabama and this company is in California. We came for a trip and we hit a deer. We turned our car in and the date it was supposed to be ready kept moving to the right which is fine. I appreciate them keeping me up-to-date but the coolant was leaking and we called them took the car back up there. They said it was left over coolant from before they replaced it so then a few days later, we were driving around making sure everything was good before we got back on the road Alabama it was still leaking so now we have spent over a month in California which some of it is our fault because we hit a deer but once it was fixed and we paid our deductible, we had to return their car twice For the same problem, my husband he has experience and Mechanic stuff so he knew like a tubing or something had to be replaced, but they kind of blew them off and now we are waiting for you to get fixed Afraid to get on the road if something happens to the car driving back to Alabama it’s very nerve-racking. We use this service before and another state. It had no issues so I’m not sure why during the inspection to give us back. They didn’t notice this issue. Just a little frustrating because we’ve had to spend extra money additionally, to bring it back Wasn’t done hopefully it’s being fixed today. God bless my advice for the company is to really be sure about the inspections before you handed a car over. Because you never now if something happened while we were driving, we wouldn’t have been able to bring it back. I’m not sure if the process Probably had to call the insurance and figure something else out thanks.

Accidents are always stressful, but Paul made the repairs a smooth and easy process. He updated me regularly by text. I was able to ask him any questions I had, and he was speedy and thorough in his replies.

I chose Caliber Collision from a list provided by an insurance adjuster and I'm so happy I did. They were very nice, professional, timely, communicated the progress of the work done to my vehicle regularly, took care of coordinating pick up and drop of of my rental vehicle and did a great job on the repair. I'm very happy with the customer service and great work provided by Caliber Collision. Highly recommend!

I was very surprised when I picked up my truck. I had a door and mirror replaced. Caliber Collision did a great job. My truck was clean inside and out. They went above and beyond. I was kept informed about the status of my vehicle periodically. The staff is very nice and friendly. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
