I can't believe this place does not have more stars. It is the best car wash on the peninsula. They are thorough inside and out and always courteous. I regularly go once a month and am always sorry when I try someplace else.

The location on N. Main St. in Salinas. The cashier at the car wash is a very friendly person. It's always a pleasure to deal with him. However, the manager that runs the car wash isn't so friendly and I think he could use a little training on how to interact with customers Maybe from the cashier. other than that, I have no complaints. Everyone else seems to be friendly and helpful.

Whoops! Siri told me that this place was a Chevron Station. Kinda sorta, right?! It's a car wash with a few full-serve pumps that offer Chevron gas. Staff wouldn't let me do anything, so I gratefully let them fill my tank. No Apple Pay, but credit cards are accepted (also cash & debit). Price seemed cheaper than traditional Chevron station, so that was a nice surprise. I didn't want or need a car wash, but the guy gave me another deal. Done! Efficient, fast, easy... no complaints. Just a clean car with its fave gasoline!

5 stars -- Joey has great customer service skills. He's always friendly and smiles. Going through the car wash seems like it's been leaving scratches noticeable on my black car. So with my new white car if I have it washed here it will be by hand which costs more. For now I'll take a break from acme and hand wash my cars myself. The drive thru car wash is convenient. You can also fill up with gas at this location. Vacuums are available for customer use

Worst car wash place. Destroyed my brand new car I just pulled off the lot. Ripped off fin on my roof scratched down my hood Driver mirror is screwed up.

I paid 67.00 for a hand wash on my 4 runner. The actual job wasn't too bad but only cleaned the 2 front seats! Then I noticed the next day they replace my 179.00 Toyota 4 runner mats with old beat up Toyota Rava mats! I am so pissed...I will be back tomorrow and demand that they replace my mats! Keep ya posted!

I'm not the most coordinated person but I found the whole process very confusing. This was my first time coming here. I pulled in & told them what I wanted. Told them it was my first time there. I asked him where to go & he said "follow the yellow line around." I didn't know if I was going the right way, so stopped & someone waved me to where the actual drive thru wash station was. When the car came through he gave me a thumbs up. I rolled down my window & asked him where to go next. Again I got a thumbs up & an answer in Spanish. I don't speak Spanish. I paid for "the works" car wash & the car hadn't been vacuumed so I felt lost & frustrated. Luckily another customer came up to my car & guided me where to go. Sad a customer had to guide me & not one of their own employees. When I pulled the car into where the other customer told me to go an employee came up to me & again started talking to me in Spanish. I told him I didn't understand & he pointed to my keys & waved me to a seating area. When the car was done, he handed me my keys & gave me a thumbs up. I'm assuming that meant I was done?? It's not a good experience when you leave feeling lost & dumb. Was also pretty pricey. I will be sticking to my standard drive thru car wash & just vacuuming it myself at home.

Before I moved to Salinas, I washed my own car most of the time or went to a hand wash car wash only. I am adamant about not ruining my paint with those drive thru machine washes. However, after watching the employee's technique, I might be better off going somewhere else. I saw the guy washing my car take the same mitt he used on my wheels, back onto the paint. I also saw the same employee, drop a towel on the ground, picked it up, and continued using it on the paint. Anyone who details, knows this is poor technique. If you care about your clear coat, STAY AWAY! Too expensive to be getting this kind of service. Only thing that was good, was the vacuuming.

I usually wash and detail my own car, but due to my busy work schedule, I haven't washed it in weeks! Today I took my 2021 Q8 to get hand washed and vacuumed and chose the Full Service Superworks package for $49.99. Acme did an immaculate job! I was shocked as I've had my vehicle washed and detailed at other places like El Estero in Monterey and they always do a half a** job. Usually everyone disappoints me, but Acme took their time and took care of my car and I appreciate their hard work. I definitely recommend you bring your vehicle here. I'll be back!

Horrible detail. It like they half as the out side then use the same rag to do the inside of your windows last all smeared. They where cleaner before I went in.

Wow hace una semana traje mi Yukon a lavar, le dejaron toda los mosquitos pegados, hablé por teléfono y me dijo el chico NO MUY AMABLE que regresara, no regrese no tenía tiempo. Hoy traje mi ven, le quedo caca de pájaro pegada, pero hoy si me regrese le enseñe al chico y nuevamente NO MUY AMABLE dialogamos un poco por la situación me dice que la meta otra vez a lavar le dije no traigo mucho tiempo y me dice PERO SI TUVO TIEMPO DE REGRESARSE. Definitivamente no vuelvo. muy mal servicio al cliente, y los carros no se diga. Era cliente de años.
