Great selection of birds, chicks, chickens, quail, and more! Lots of fish, too!Lots of variety of feed, treats, pellets, and toys for small animals, too.The staff was really friendly and the shop was clean.

Came in today for medicine with my brother. On our way out, the owner walks over and stands right next to us. I don’t know what his problem was or if he was just on drugs because he proceeded to just stare at us in our eyes, almost like he was trying to hypnotize us, it was a weird and creepy moment. He says nothing at all I even asked, “what’s up man?” He just walks away slowly while not breaking eye contact. As we are reversing out the parking lot he is just mugging us through the front door. I will probably not be coming back here and I recommend anyone with children to keep them as far away from this creep as possible.

Call your feed Will never let You down from alfalfa to hey to your dog's getting their shots fish birds you name it call and they know their stuff very well. I have been using colour feed for over 15 years it's a five-star business one of the best in Salinas June Hawes

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I hadn't been in this store in several years and it has gone down the drain. I walked in and saw the owner Tom Collier and I smiled and said hi, how are you? He looked at me with a scowl, didn't reply, and then proceeded to follow me around the store. I had brought a feed cart with me to load my feed and as I was about to load the feed, Tom took my cart back to the front of the store. I was shocked. i walked out mortified. I will never go back to this pathetic store. I drove to Walmart and found the name brand Pennington feed and it was four dollars less!

If you go there to vaccinate your dogs in the back with VIP pet care dont. They are really rude about everything and they mark your dogs as agressive? They mark them as aggressive just because they are frightened. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! They scare your dogs and then tell you to go to another place because they get spooked like girl-

Lady was rude to me calling me a liar for not having a receipt that was never given to me. Wasn't helped at all with my problem, purchased a couple pets , half of them died in less than a week. Called to inform and was still told "you waited 72 hours" After I said they've been dying in different days, maybe they were sick since i did purchase them as babies
