Andrew , the manager, was very helpful through a difficult time , went out of his way to explain things i didn't know , and i appreciate his time .

Spent 2 minutes in this bank with Tiffany and she resolved 2 issues that other branches in San Jose couldn’t resolve in multiple visits. Service was awesome.
