Terrible experience with this cooling shipping company. First off, the parking space is extremely limited — barely enough room for a standard-sized truck, let alone multiple drivers trying to load or wait their turn. It felt chaotic and poorly planned.
What made it worse was being told I needed to scale at a separate location within the same city before I could even start loading. That’s a huge waste of time and fuel, especially when it could have easily been done on-site or coordinated better. It’s frustrating and completely inefficient for any professional driver trying to stay on schedule.
Would not recommend this place unless you enjoy tight spaces, back-and-forth driving, and unclear instructions. Definitely needs improvement in logistics and driver accommodation.

WORST LOCATION

The shipping office people dont know how to talk to people. Very Rude
They think drivers are their servants

Avoid this place as much as possible workers are lazy and rude ! They will have u waiting for hours to be loaded and get the paperwork ! If I could give a zero star I would !

AVOID AT COST IF POSSIBLE
They only get 1 star and only because I have to give them 1 to post this. I unloaded in LA at 4am. At 10:30am I was given a load from here. 3 picks so only a few pallets here. I called en route to verify my product was here and ready. I was told to come on. It’s good to go. I arrived at 5:35pm and checked in online. At 7:30pm I walked into the warehouse to check with Shipping that I was actually checked in. They told me I was and they had me in line. At 9:45pm I went back to see what’s going on. 4 hours not one word from them. She pulls up my load and says “ only 2 more trucks then your turn. Meanwhile I’m watching trucks come in and out. And. 11:30pm I walk around. There are 8 trucks in the their yard and 6 on the street plus the Vally truck stop next is full. At 1am I’m mad and walk back to shopping again and and politely but obviously aggravated I say “ almost 4 hours ago you told me there was only 2 more before me. As of right now the street is empty and there is only 3 trucks left in the yard. Plus the several from next door. Have came and went. Right now there is 5 open doors. What the hell is going on. “ she says what’s your load number. I give it to her and she looks confused. And says ok I’ll get you into a door sir. I said what the hell happened I’ve been here for 8 hours. And 4 hours ago you personally told me I had 2 trucks before and you would get me a door. I’ve already missed my other stops for the day. And only because yall told me my product was here and ready. Please get me a door. At 1:53am she calls me to door 11. It’s now 3:30am and still not one pallet on my trailer. And there is only 1 other truck here with me. This place is insane. I hope they read these reviews. People need to be dealt with.

I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding a recent interaction with Jesse, the manager at Cool Pacific. During our conversation, he used language that I believe was unprofessional and inappropriate, especially considering his position representing the cooler.
I understand that situations can get stressful, but the tone and words used were not acceptable in a professional setting. I hope this matter can be addressed appropriately to ensure respectful communication going forward.
