This review applies to the Salinas location and solely to one employee by the name of Julie. She is rude and completely lacks customer service in all forms and ways. She discriminates customers based on appearance and looks. She doesn't treat all members equally. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

The girl with the platinum hair needs to reevaluate if she likes her job. Its simple make people feel welcome. She looks mad all the time and if you ask her a question get ready to feel like you stopped her from tasking. If you don't like retail or sales don't do it.
