Costco is constantly well run and pretty much the same everywhere, and this one didn't disappont. Nice staff, the usual great selection. Produce seems high, but Costco sells it in such large amounts it's tough to justify buying 24 roll of paper products at once, but we all need paper towels. Their delivery is top-notch and usually within the tile frame. In summary, Costco is like In-N-Out Burger, I can eat there everyday because it's not healthy, just like Costco is not good for my wallet. Quality products, efficiency, and bulk, but watch your bottom line

Horrible customer service. Unable to even obtain a membership. Stood at the customer service desk for 10 minutes with employees just staring at us.

I feel that the quality is going down FAST! In all the yrs I've shopped at Costco I've never seen it this bad. Moldy strawberries, rude workers, its becoming a Wal-Mart. My fist run in was with a worker whom I politely asked if there was anyone he could call to move a truck that was double parked at the entrance and causing a traffic jam in the parking lot. His response was "its not my job". His boss didn't seem to agree
The second time an older male worker was yelling at a customer who was doing their best to describe what they needed, their English was a bit broken, but completely understandable, well the worker decided to repeatedly say "u got it? U understand what im saying? no u dont understand! Do u?!" after telling the customer the location of an item. I was flabbergasted! I had to stop him right in his tracks and educate him on how horrible his treatment was. Other customers stopped n told him the same thing, but he continued to excuse himself. Im not sure whats happening but Costco needs to get it together
