I scheduled a spa pedicure for 2:00pm and was promptly taken to the chair at that time. I soaked for 25 mins before my appointment truly started , so that gave me lots of time to look around. I noticed a lot of dust on the baseboards and even the polish bottles. The price sheet hasn't been reprinted, instead scribbled new prices over the old ones, which are difficult to read. The greeting desk is unorganized and piled with all sorts of stuff. Just generally grotty around the edges There were lots of repeat clients so they are doing something right. My technician Andy was polite and skilled save for putting dried out polish on which applied unevenly. He should have either thinned it or directed me to a new color. I feel like a I could find a better experience

Most of these reviews are of manicures. Very few about pedicures and I see why. This was my 2nd time coming here for a Pedicure and most likely will be my last. (This is a review based on my 2nd experience here.). Henry did my Pedicure this time. He must be new to this because I was not happy with the outcome. My appointment seemed rushed. The order of services did not follow how it was listed on their menu - polish was applied BEFORE the paraffin wax, massage etc. It confused me thinking that he forgot about the other services listed in the package I chose and I thought my appointment was done. My toenails were not shaped straight nor equal to each other. Cuticle care was very minimal and not efficient. And let me tell you about the polish application, it looks horrible! Polish was not evenly applied where I found that it was over the cuticle, not near the cuticle, & not even close to the nail walls. Like really?! The other services in the package were okay, 1 star. And I'd like to add, before my service was about to begin, he was finishing up a pedicure next to me and had her wait while her polish was drying (unknown wait time). Well, she had asked if it was okay to leave now, so he looked over and said yea, you're ready to go. I mean, go over there and physically check if they're dry and/or spray on nail polish drier (I've had a different nail salon do this). Anyways, not a happy customer.

Called for an appointment. They started us on time. Very good work. Very friendly staff. The guy was new that did my daughters pedicure but the owner/manager came by to check it out and finish up and make everything perfect. Would go back and recommend. Others might find it a bit expensive but we were very happy.

Kelly has done my nails over ten years. I live in Hawaii but still come here once a month when I work. I'm picky so most salons and have gone to in the past will get annoyed with me. Once Kelly figured me out it's perfect every time. My nails lasts up to 6 weeks, and at a minimum 4 weeks! Kelly is fun to talk to. She is gentle and quick. She also is an amazing nail artist, her flowers and palm trees turn out beautiful.

Attending other customers during appointment time and don't finish job completely; back of dip looks dirty and flakey, just moved on to next customer while nails dried and took pay, did not recheck work.

I have been here several times and May and Kelly take care of me. I always enjoy the pedicure. May does a great job, very relaxing, and my feet feel so good after. Kelly does an excellent job making my nails perfect, even staying late to do the artwork on my nails. She is an artist! The only negative is she may be a little rough because she is in a hurry.

Best service. Hand powder manicure and gel pedicure. Kelly and Mae are super friendly and efficient. Took her time to make sure powder was pigmented enough. Pedicure was nice and relaxing. Felt so comfortable and taken care of, 10/10 recommend.

No walk in which is fine but never asked if I wanted an appointment. Pretty sure that's how you make money. Horrible customer service.

I have been going to Kelly for over 6 years now and she never disappoints!! Such a kind person but also so skilled at what she does. Here's my most recent set for February 2022!! I also have been getting the dip powder for many years now and have loved it. This is my own natural nail. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
