Not only unprofessional, but dangerous! If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACYMy wife called to refill our daughter's prescription on Wednesday, to which the automated system replied that it would be ready the following day. (this is a recurring prescription for epilepsy that we have been getting filled with unimpressive performance from this store for about 3 years now.)The next day came and went without any word from the pharmacy.Two days after the original call, my wife called to ask if the meds were ready. She spoke with Brandi, who told my wife she should speak to a real person instead of the automated system. She then told my wife that they were out of that medication, it would not be ready until Monday and she should call around to find it elsewhere if we wanted it sooner. My wife tried to explain that our daughter needed this medication right away, she couldn't just quit it cold-turkey without risking a serious medical crisis but Brandi just kept speaking over my wife and saying there was nothing she could do, then hung up on my wife.I called hoping to speak to a different person but Brandi answered the phone. I tried diplomatically to explain the seriousness of the situation but again Brandi said we should speak to a real person instead of relying on the automated system, to which i replied that it is not my responsibility to question the reliability of the automated system that they have in place, that as a customer i expect that if they use that system it will be accurate and it's not our fault if it is unreliable. She continued to interrupt me and talk over me as she did to my wife,and when I told her not to do that I could hear her laughing at me over the phone. I asked to speak with her supervisor. She said she was on vacation for a month. I asked to speak to whoever was in charge at that moment. She put me on hold. After waiting 10 minutes I hung up.My wife and I had to cancel our plans and spent the rest of the day calling each and every pharmacy looking to get that prescription filled to no avail. The entire afternoon was spent on the phone calling out to different pharmacies further and further away. Eventually my wife was able to get a partial prescription fill from a CVS about 40 miles away. Just in time to hit rush hour traffic, my wife got in her vehicle and started driving to that pharmacy. 30 minutes into her drive, the CVS automated system pings my wife to let her know the prescription was ready for pick up at the original store. I went to investigate and sure enough, there was our daughter's meds. I spoke with the head pharmacist and explained what had occurred that day. Although not rude like Brandi had been earlier that day, the head pharmacist told me essentially the same thing that Brandi had said: it is better to talk to a real person than relying on the automated system they have in place. We did talk to a real person and they also proved useless. She essentially shrugged and said oh well, our system is buggy. Better luck next time. Meanwhile, my wife was on the road for a 2 hour trip that wasn't necessary. I called the corporate number to file a complaint. I explained the entire story and was told I would get a call back from the regional manager within a week. Nothing.I called again to follow up and my complaint wasn't even logged. I told the entire story all over again to a different person and was told I would get a call back in 48 hours.Nothing again.I followed up one last time, told the whole saga all over again and was told I would get a call back within 24 hours, and that if I didn't hear from anyone to call back. I replied that this was the last time I would call them. If no one reached out to me I would go public.Here we are. CVS pharmacy on Boronda no longer handles our prescriptions. The people at that pharmacy have no initiative. the regional manager does not know or does not care about customer relations and making this right. I am receiving my booster and flu shot at this store and I showed up on time for them to tell me that the pharmacist was currently not there and I would have to wait 30 minutes despite my appointment and my 20 minute drive to this store. They had about 6 people including me waiting for the pharmacist to come back from lunch. Total inconvenience especially because we all had appointments and expected easy and fast access like they promote.

Never have I experienced such a disorganized, inept, and unprofessional pharmacy as this one. For over a year they have filled numerous prescriptions for me, the last 6+ month's being the absolute worse. Among the issues were not updating their system to reflect accurate and up to date changes in terms of doseage and refills. The pharmacist had the nerve to blame my Dr when in fact it was him. The clerks behind the counter contribute to the problem as well with prescriptions not being filled when I was assured they would be. Lastly, the attitude that the majority of these young girls working there is rude at best. Passing this on with the hope that no one else will experience what I have.

This is a review for the vaccine implementation at this CVS. Nothing else. I did not drive out here to shop as there is a CVS in Marina, 5 minutes away from my apartment. I came here for the first shot. It was so easy! I completed an online sign up. I showed up 20 minutes early, they had my name on a list. And I was quickly moved to the staging area in the back corner of the store. Everything was social distancing and masks. They had two spaces with partitions in between. The nice nurse asked me which arm. I chose my left as I am right handed & anticipated soreness, which I was correct. The shot itself was actually painless. Next, off to the mandatory 15 minute waiting section. I sat for the required 15 minutes, supervising was a nice lady named Victoria, got my sticker, and off I went. I already have my second date scheduled. My arm is fairly sore. I took Tylenol as advised and a sick day. I admit I was very nervous. For someone whose had multiple tattoos, two children, needles freak me out. But I'm doing my part as a teacher I mato help move us past this pandemic. Take care of yourself.

Things must've really changed for the better with this pharmacy. I do recall a little bit of confusion with my a medicine a few years ago because it was an odd dose, Once I understood that I understood why they would sometimes be delays with it, especially them when they were delays with any thing else. Anyway the staff is good they call, the automatic system sends texts. I want is a problem, And I'm talking something outside your control like a stinky insurance company they won't fill, they've always apologized and tried to work it out for me. Store seems okay too,

I have been Using CVS online Photo service for about 7 months now.. It's fast, easy convenient..My order has always been packaged in a normal Yellow and White Kodak envelope.So I never had any concerns at all that my privacy was being " Violated". Last week, I went in to pick up my order. It was ready, however..ir was not packaged as normal. In fact it was NOT packaged.The clerk was walking back to the register looking one by one at my pictures..She holds the stack facing me and says " Is this you?" And the customers in line look at the picture she is holding, Then at me..I can't begin to describe how embassies I was...My pictures are almost always X rated I asked her to please put them down, as she was still going through the stack. PLEASE..stop..do you always look at people's photo orders, and why aren't they in an envelope? She very calmly stated..I was just checking to see if it was you.. Every film order I have picked up, has my name printed on the too cover picture. A bit embarrassed..I paid for the order and left. ********************************************* Tonight..different clerk, exact same process The clerk is looking at my pictures as she is walking back to the check out.I asked her not to look at them. She told me they look at each and every picture that is developed. I am now embarrassed to even go to this CVS. If I wanted everyone to look at me having sex.. 3 ways..group sex..and orgies.. I would have become a pirn star. The pictures are all part of a collage that fill all 4 walls of the Man Cave..its not to share with the employees of CVS and the next customer in line.

Ordered vaccination because it was urgent for my university requirements. Went exactly at my appointment time at the pharmacy to tell me my appointment is not in their system even though I showed them my confirmation email and number. They said they can order it again and they will contact me in exactly 2 days. They never notified me and I didn't bother to try to call them. Just scheduled the same appointment with Walgreens and everything went well there.

I had gone today to get something with my friend when some man that was standing to get his meds gets a seizure and we tell the farmacy personal and they just stand there' when then my friend calls the emergency number and this lady was there to also help I was like farmacy peole should be train to also help in case someone pases out ok the store I mean o one knows when this things happens but it was just so sad that this farmacy personal we're just standing

I need to update my previous review on the Boronda Road CVS Pharmacy after my first unflattering one. Sadly my Mom has passed on and new coverage with my health insurance company deemed that the local small pharmacies we'd been frequenting are no longer an option. I decided to go back to my old CVS and give it another try. I am glad that I did. The staffing and attitude of clerks is much more different now than in past experiences. The change shows in how customers are responding and wait time doesn't seem to be a long. The staff seems to be more helpful. considerate and on the whole, kinder to the needs of their customers. I don't feel the brush off manner that was the case before with pharmacy staff. I do feel satisfaction that I came back since I live so close and appreciate the change.

13 reviews-only 1 star establishment??? And this isn't even about the pharmacy. Wow I see why. There's a line of 6 people. I need to pick up photos. Does she call another registrar? No, she snidely says "get in line like everybody else and I'll get your pictures". Okay ONE strike! Then a hundred and fifty seven minutes later (because she AND customers are slow), she gets on the intercom and asks for someone to the front "now"! I'm thinking it's because she realizes she should have called someone to the front before because there's now about five people behind me! A whole big line. Nope! She called people because some vagrant always comes into the store and steals, and she just saw him walk by and wanted him kicked out the store. He had nothing on him but she wants to pay more attention to a NON-paying customer than to the paying customers. TWO strikes ur OUT! So I've already to put my stuff away and just pick up the photo. A guy is at cash register and I'm next. The staff who kicked guy out went to the next register and took the people behind me. He cashed out 3 people before me because the idiot in front was doing all kinds of things. I put all my stuff in the counter and said I only wanted my pic. You pay and find someone else to put those products back on the shelf. If it's gonna take 7 hrs to pick up two pics then I'll take my business somewhere else.
