I really liked this jewelry store because the staff were always so friendly. Plus, they are the one jewelry store that really had knowledgeable staff that knew what they were talking about. I appreciated that. I was seeking a new watch for myself. I had no idea there were so many options as to how a watch works. And watches nowadays don't just tell you the time, they have so much more info such as stop watches built in, today's date, what day it is, and far more than I really wanted to know. The staff here taught me a lot more than I ever knew about buying a watch.

First manager was great, but the oblivious girl who helped us on 1/23/2023 decided to basically yell out how much I got my girlfriends ring for while she's standing there. The only thing you don't do to customers, and she decides to do it. Definitely won't be going back here

This is the only place I will ever go for genuine diamonds. I needed a Christmas gift for my mom and thought about jewelry because she deserves it. She’s a very hard working woman with a pure heart. The lady who helped me and my sister was very sweet and helped me look at some options. She even gift wrapped it. And it looked perfect. At the end of it all the manager and rest of the employees are great people! And I was able to find something special. Thank you guys again!

Good people, came in around 6:30pm. Was greeted by two amazing employees there. I came in to buy a solitaire engagement ring. I found what I wanted at a reasonable price. I left that place within 10-15 mins and left with a smile on my face. Thank you for keeping it simple.

Zales and Kay jewelers ain’t got nothin on these guys the customer service is amazing I’ve been helped by Sal as well as several different staff members, all welcoming ready and motivated to make a sale unlike the other places Daniels is professional they offer big smiles, jewelry reasonably priced & great sale prices

Honestly, but your jewelry anywhere else but here! I've been here in 3 different occasions and all times were horrible! They have the worst customer service in this industry! I can't tell you how upset I am with how badly they represent themselves! The lighting in here is horrible so you can't even see the jewelry! The manager here is the worst! I've never met the worst salesman until today! I went in looking for a wedding band for my upcoming wedding and every ring I was trying on the manager was telling me "no I don't like that one" like he's everyone is entitled to their opinion but this was over the top! Waste of money! So glad I didn't buy from them! I probably would have had an even worse experience after my purchase as well. Avoid this place at all cost!

They LOST my $4,000 engagement ring!!!!!!!! This location does not even deserve 1 star. My fiancé and I went in to buy wedding bands on a Saturday, while we where there the employee helping us recommended to get my engagement ring polished since we where getting married in a couple weeks(my engagement ring was purchased at another jewelry store) he assured us it wouldn't be a problem since it wasn't purchased there, we agreed and found our wedding bands and where ready to pay and finalize everything, gave them my engagement ring and where told it would be a couple days for it to come back along with our wedding bands since they had to be sized. A few days later my fiancé gets a phone call from Victor saying our rings are ready for pick up, my fiancé goes and as he's in the store he calls and tells me I need to go in because the ring they gave them wasn't mine. As soon as I walk in Victor tells me "your fiancé here thinks that this isn't your ring you wanna take a look" I take 1 look and it obviously wasn't mine 1)My engagement ring is engraved on the inside of the band 2)That ring was at least $3,000 cheaper than mine. He kept asking if I was sure and said I probably didn't recognize it cus it was cleaned. I had to show him pictures of my ring that I had on my phone to show him that it wasn't my ring. He finally realized it wasn't so he told me he would make some phone calls to see what happened and all me with an update, I let him know that I would go home and look for the certification I have of my engagement ring which has the serial number that is engraved on the diamond. A few hours go by and he never called so we go back to the store and I check the diamond on the fake ring and of course it wasn't the same. He then proceeded to tell me that he still didn't call anyone to look for my ring because he wanted to confirm the serial number. So that was a few hours wasted. Irritated, we left after he said he's make some phone calls and said the manager would be in the next day so we decided we'd go back. Next day he calls us saying that they found my $4k engagement ring that the jeweler who polished it dropped it off at another location and was going to be given to another person. As soon as we walk into we are go up to Victor he gives me my ring I look at it with the magnifying glass and confirm that it is mine. We finish up get all our rings and he tries saying good bye so we could leave before we did that I requested to speak to the manger IZZY, the whole time we where there she was just standing around, right before we leave I ask to speak to her she walks up to us all she says is hello and I stare at her for a couple seconds in silence expecting her to already know what was going on and apologize. Izzy says nothing to me so I say "so you guys lost my ring" and she just says "I know I heard I'm so sorry" WTF she's the manager, any good manager would have apologized and token over immediatly. The nerve that b***h had to just stand around listening to what was going on. She should be fired!

I went in a few weeks ago on a Sunday to have my diamond ring repaired. Upon brewing the store I was yelled at by one of the employees coming from the middle of the store to get Out because there were too many people already in the store. He was very rude and I told him someone should be at front of store to ensure extra people weren't entering until told to do so. He said if I didn't like it I could leave n if I didn't leave he was going to call security. Idk how they expect to get new customers or keep current customers w/this kind of attitude. I escalated the situation I spoke w/store manager Isabel re:Salvador & Even spine w/Mike the DM & I was to get some kind of resolution.As of today I have yet to get a call back.I am very high on customer service & I understand the value of great customer service. It's very sad that in the days we are living, many people have lost the value of customer service. Knowing that if it weren't 4 you & I they would have no job. Once I pay off my 2k account balance I will never go back.

I walked into the mall today and Salvador Ramirez was helpful with our transaction.... we had a little conversation at first about removing a link to my watch that I bought from a close friend and then it went to I could get you to walk out of here with anything in here under $300 for no down payment but I chose something else and I only had to put a downpayment of only $100 thanks to Salvador Ramirez he was helpful to get me the best deal I could get I'll be looking forward to coming back

If I could give a half star review I would. This location has some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. I had purchased an engagement ring for my fiancé which was supposed to be given to her on Christmas. I made the purchase, I was extremely excited to give her a ring that she very well deserved. I send it out and the salesman Salvador & finance manager Victor assure me that it will be sized perfect and be back within a week. I go back a week later to pick up the ring and finalize the purchase which ultimately went well. Got the ring, it is a very beautiful piece and I was unable to keep it a surprise. I give her the ring early, it's the wrong size! Apparently it was too small. I sized it to an 8. Me thinking okay let's get it re-sized again so it can be perfect. I take it to another Daniels jewelry & they tell me it's a 6 3/4!!!!! How does that happen!?!? All the display sizes are 7. I asked for an 8, and received a 6 3/4!! Which is ridiculous, jeweler error or not that is completely unacceptable and very very unprofessional. I call the store to speak with one of the men who I originally dealt with because I was unaware there was an actual manager available. Victor was very rude, no ownership of the failed sizing was taken, he blamed me for not having the ring present so he can see for himself. But why would i lie? I just spent 3k on a ring to get it sized wrong? Thankfully this other Daniels Jewelry was able to handle my issue, sent it away to re-sized AGAIN & even gave me an iPad for my troubles. I will never again do business with Salinas Daniels and I would be wary of doing business with these men. Update: I paid for the protection plan which I can get my ring resized as many times as I want for free because of this plan. The iPad didn't work and I have no use for a nonworking iPad which is why I gave it away as a gift. And the $200 credit is appreciated but your jeweler and sales people should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for treating a guess like this this was supposed to be a beautiful experience and it's been nothing but a headache

This place has excellent staff and customer service. I rate 5 stars all the way around. They deserve it. By far the best retail experience at this particular mall-- they are right next to the Starbucks and the candy store. Their people are friendly, knowledgeable and put the needs of customers at the highest priority. Love them! Thank you to those who make shopping at Daniel's Jewelry store wonderful everytime!
