I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I found them to be quite rude. Additionally, the staff was completely non-cooperative when I tried to raise my concerns. It’s unfortunate to see such a lack of basic customer service and respect.

Parking is great checkin staff is great the only down fall about this place is you have other appointments you might as well pick them up before coming here and also when you check in with two pickup numbers and they only load one and say they are done and there not so that means you have to sit even longer my appointment was at 5 p.m. and I checked in at 3 p.m didn't get called for a door till almost 6p.m witch made me late for my next pick up

Pull up on scale. Check in with guard. Take paper fill it and take to shipping that's it for check in.
Very organized. Make sure trailer is clean Air shoot is working.no rips. other than that it's good place to pick up. Always run continuously their pallets are high. If auto air will not circulate correctly. Umm lots of street parking. Clean restrooms. Employees are awesome (ones I met) 😉. Umm slide trailer axel remove load locks paperwork in the trailer. Wending machines and Real bathroom on property.

The window where you check in the people are just rude. The guy mumbles, and you have to try and hear them through a little rectangle cut in Plexi glass. The bathrooms are filthy, and I have never been loaded on time at this place

Very bad place to pick up load they check you in on appointment time then you wait4to5 hour for there phone call then another 4 to 5 hour loading trailer only 11skid they don't care about driver time

It's a huge facility dealing in produce load so delays are expected. They strictly work on appointments and you have to be there before 1 hour. Have to stop at the scale and check in at the security for appointment confirmation and then fill the sheet which they will provide and go to the shipping office for check in and then wait for the call. When you get the door make sure to paste that check in sheet inside the trailer. All the process usually takes 3-4 hours.
The washroom, vending machine and microwave is inside the driver's lounge. Taco Truck will be there next month inside the facility. Precool Refer at 34F.
There is a scale while going out as well.
If early for an appointment, then you have to wait outside the facility, where you will find other trucks parked. Despite being parked outside, you can go inside to use the washroom.

Shipper dispatch is unprofessional, lousy or zero communication. As typical, it’s gambling. Waiting can be long, even with appointments. They have a washroom for drivers. Staging area. Spacious. Don’t forget to stick those staging sheets at your trailer inside before baking up.
Saw worst shipper. Saw way better shipper.

very bad experience with this facility . i have appointment at 12pm tey give door at a same time but they start loading at 3:15pm.
The shipper is really rude. He don’t know how to talk with customer.
