Eddie handled a condo sale for us. My sister-in-law, who is nuts, was livng there and she destroyed the place. I would go into detail, but you might urp your last meal. Suffice it to say the County said she sould no longer live in the place because it was so bad.
We did a Google search (like you are probably doing now) and we found Eddie. We could quickly tell that this guy provides the level of service most people dream about!!
Eddie had plan! He brought in all the resources needed to paint the place, put in all new floors, a completely new kitchen, updated bathroom, and multiple other repairs, all very cost effectively price! The bottom line is he sold it for the most money that any comparable condo had sold for in that complex. He did a fantastic job and we came out money ahead!!
I would highly recommend Eddie for any property transaction that you might have.

From the beginning this was a very hard experience , since losing my close friend Kiyoko, the house had so many special memories . Eddie was wonderful from the start , his personality and expertise made my experience less stressful since there was a crucial time frame on selling the house. I am so grateful for all the hard work and keeping me informed every step of the way , at times a call from Eddie would make me somewhat nervous ( inside joke ) , but he always put my mind and ease and I had all the confidence in his experience . Eddie G. is GREAT! Not only that he sold our house within the first 24 hours on the market (and at full price , if I may add), but throughout the prosess he was always approachable, with a quiet demeanor and cofidence. He kept us fully informed throughout the procrss. Let's put it in the simplest terms: if I had to chose a real estate agent again- Eddie G. is definately the choice.

When our parents passed away, they willed their house to the seven of us in equal shares. This made it somewhat mire difficult for any realtor to sell the house since all seven children had to agree on all provisions. Eddie coordinated the sale seamlessly with the seven of us and with the buyer. Eddie was also very responsive. When any of us had a question, he would respond immediately.

Eddie was a fantastic realtor and did an excellent job helping the family navigate through the successful sale of our home. We interviewed multiple realtors and decided to work with Eddie because of his background with marketing, sales, and communications. Up front, he guided us through the pricing and pre-sale home prep strategies. He has a strong network (i. e., handyman, plumber, electrician) of team members working with him to pull everything together smoothly. He did a nice job marketing the home via multiple channels (e. g. Instagram, website, MLS) using virtual staging techniques. He also held multiple open houses to generate interest. Once the house went to pending status he engaged with the buyer's realtor and title company to address any potential issues. Most importantly, we truly appreciated Eddie's ability to communicate regularly on status and upcoming milestones! Highly recommended!
