From the moment I arrived, Ariel in Registration went above and beyond. I was feeling very sick and extremely nervous that day, and Ariel’s kindness, humor, and compassionate attitude immediately helped calm my nerves. He even personally walked me to Cardiology, which meant so much to me.

Lori was an incredible nurse. She made me feel comfortable, safe, and reassured throughout the entire process. I was terrified to have this test done, and she talked me through every step, responded promptly to my concerns, and made sure I felt supported the entire time.

Todd was professional, caring, and had a wonderful sense of humor that helped keep me relaxed. Mike, the travel nurse, was amazing as well. He started my IV quickly and painlessly, which was greatly appreciated.

I also want to thank Cecilia and Michael for their kindness and compassion. Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. Their conversations helped distract me from my anxiety and made the experience much easier.

What was especially refreshing was seeing how happy everyone seemed to be working together. The teamwork among the staff was incredible. They were laughing, supporting one another, and clearly enjoyed what they do. As a nurse myself, I know how important a positive work environment is, and it was wonderful to see such great morale. Their teamwork and positive attitudes were evident in the exceptional care they provided.
