if I could, Id give 0 stars I would. We paid a heavy freight fee for a delivery. We needed a change of address, and made the correct provisions to do so. It was confirmed by the attendant and we received multiple confirmations of the address change by phone and messages. Fed Ex delivered to the old address, then wanted us to still have delivered, pay the additional freight fee of $180, then fill out a claim to dispute the charges. I am furious as it wasn't our fault, but a miscommunication within Fed Ex itself, then I have to pay the reissued freight fee, then spend the time to fill out a claim which will likely be rejected as it has been before. Multiple times Fed Ex has been wrong in their deliveries, and we have had to foot the bill. We even have them on video delivering to the wrong address. We have PROOF, yet they still do not take responsibility.

No communication you set up an appointment you wait for your shipment no one calls you and they tell you it never went out It happens time after time after time after time same story then they apologise with no meaning

Let me tell you if you accidentally pull into this parking lot and our little confused about where to go to into the office they are so protected in their security is so strong that they're on you before you can even find a parking spot FedEx I think stand for Federal Express and believe me Federal is no joke they're really on top of protecting your packages and parcels thanks guys for making me feel like anything I send through FedEx is safe and will arrive where it's supposed to and on time

This has been one of the absolute worst businesses I've had the displeasure of working with first and foremost I placed an order of something essential in my life through a company that the only reasonable rate to pay was unfortunately fed ex and I accept the delay in delivery until I get a message saying my package is delivered to the wrong adress not even a similar adress based on sheer laisynes of their driver.
