Four or five sales reps on the floor and ALLLLL stayed up front by the register talking. After waiting for assistance I walked up to the front and was greeted with an “are you ready?” which THOROUGHLY confused me as no one offered assistance for me to be ready. Requested my size in a shoe and as we waited we saw one of the male reps bicep curling clothing on hangers. Smh. Workers must not get paid by sales and it shows. Would’ve taken my business else where but this was the only place that had my shoe… might return and purchase online. Only gave 2 stars for having the shoes in stock but customer service needs some MAJOR adjustments.

My husband went into this location in Salinas store #469. Ok 3-12-24 we bought some shoes for our daughter that needed them for school as they have a dress code. We bought to different pairs of shoes. 1 shoe she didn’t like and the 2nd shoe was clearly defective. The first cashier “ tried “ to clean it off and there was still a glue stain and when we spoke with her we asked her if we couldn’t get the stain out could we return them and she said “ yes “. Clearly the shoe had a defect and she didn’t offer a discount or offer to order another pair.On 3-14-24 we go to return the shoe because we couldn’t get the stain off and the creases from the white air forces were something we have never seen before as in it didn’t look like just creases but cracking on the right shoe on where the stain was originally on as well.We are met at the cashwrap by Sherry ? Cheryl? She did her job but when we asked to speak to the manager this gentleman by the name of Matt stepped out. Mind you it took them 10 mins to come out before that to speak to us. Matt said there was nothing he could do for us because the shoe was worn.My question to him wasHow are you suppose to tell if an item is defective if you don’t use it ?He simple kept replying that there was nothing that he could do for us.He couldn’t damage the item out and order us a new pair he couldn’t offer store credit. He said he couldn’t do nothing !The difference between the left and right shoe is insane this is only one day of wearing mind you she has the same pair she wore for 6 months that looks better than this pair she wore ONE! day and it’s only the left shoe that is crazily creased about to start peeling and cracking the same shoe that originally had the glue stains and the stain that the in store employee couldn’t even remove but were told we could return if it didn’t work out and couldn’t clean it off.When asked for someone hire up number they gave us a bogus customer service line that doesn’t deal with customer service issues. So I was on the phone for an hour of my time going back and fourth till I finally got to sales rep and told me to go back to the original store and they would help me out ? No caleb! ( was his name) were not ever stepping foot in that store ever again after that experience. There needs to be a corrective action taking and or this store needs better customer service training. The phone sales rep was a lot more helpful than the store.Let’s hope this message get to their DM or RM or something that actually cares about customer service.

the girl was very rude, as she was ringing me out, she was talking to other coworkers instead of finishing the sale properly, poor customer service!!

I don’t usually shop here but my experience here was amazing! The employee that assisted me was “Giovanni” I think that was his name, he has long hair. He was very nice and well mannered. He kept checking up on us and was very patient with us. I’ll definitely be shopping here again!

The girls who work there should do their best to serve me, they just spend the time talking. I didn't like the way they treated me. I asked them about a protector for some shoes and they only told me that's it, but in a very rude way I bought a few pairs of tennis shoes and a t-shirt but it would be the last time I do it leaving that store I went to another store with the same shoes in this store they were very friendly even though I didn't buy anything

Rude worker at the front desk. She always has an attitude and has no clue how to communicate properly. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this store again. Never had such a bad experience anywhere.

I shop here all the time and I’ve never had an issue with them or their shoes at all. The store manager needs to learn how to speak more professionally or have more patients with people. She was rude with me from the jump which I didn’t address to her. I just wanted to exchange the shoe for a different shoe because these are in poor condition. The top of the shoe is flat initiating that they where crushed or something. She refused a exchange because I didn’t have a receipt but their online policy says different (they have the choice) but I literally just got these Friday. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. When I call the store and read their policy to her she then states she’s willing to give me a exchange. This “manager” needs to learn how to manager her communication skills and have better service.

Cool selection but double check your shoes they be trying to sell you some messed up displayed shoes without telling you. They also sometimes don’t give your exact change back so make sure on that too
