I myself am not a gamer, but son Chris and his friend Mike swear by this store. Seems like everytime we would go to the mall they would make a bee line to run to this store. I thought they had enough games but it seems they always need to buy the newest and latest game. I was always impressed by how friendly team members were and they could always find just where the games were that the boys were looking for. Another plus was how clean they keep the store.

Came in to pick up an order and couldn't even get what I paid for. They said it was canceled, when it clearly says on my app that it's in progress. If your system is buggy, don't offer using it. That easy!
