Despite this, some customers have had positive experiences, appreciating the help of certain staff members and recommending the store. Overall, Goodwill can be a hit-or-miss shopping experience.
Two times I bought products that were not working. A portible heater and a toaster oven. They seem to work when first plugged in but once I got them home I realized they did not work.

I visit this store atleast 3x a week and the employees always greet with a smile or are ready n willing to help or answer any questions I may have. It is obvious Kayla loves her job. She always greets with a smile!

These was my first time here and I liked but I just wish the service was little better I try looking for someone it was kinda hard to find and then the cashier was not friendly. They seem they just want you out of there and gone
