Goodwill is a thrift store with varying customer experiences. The store can be small and crowded, with workers who seem to need a boost. Prices may be higher than other thrift stores, with used jeans costing $12.99-16.99. Some employees are friendly and helpful, greeting customers with a smile and assisting with questions. However, others may seem unfriendly or unhelpful. The store has had issues with selling non-working products, such as a portable heater and a toaster oven. Despite this, some customers have had positive experiences, appreciating the help of certain staff members and recommending the store. Overall, Goodwill can be a hit-or-miss shopping experience.
Two times I bought products that were not working. A portible heater and a toaster oven. They seem to work when first plugged in but once I got them home I realized they did not work.

Parking is much a pain to get. Unfortunately a lot of times I just drive away do to lack of parking. I like the selection they have here but its very rare when I can get to the store ok. Hopefully they can add additional parking space.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience at my local Goodwill. Especially the attentive, attention from one of the workers by the name of America. She was really helpful. Was able to locate for me, everything I was looking for. Brought a cheer to the store. I'd like to thank her for her service. Much appreciated!
